Leading up to the day we needed her to take out the pup, we set up a meet and greet so Fiona knew where to go, address any questions or concerns and also get familiar with the dog. On the day, I got videos and messages from Fiona saying how much fun the pup had in the park with the pooches. Her rates are competitive and totally reasonable. While she doesn't normally service the Strathbungo/Queens Park area, if you are in the Hamilton area Fiona is brilliant. The pup and I are forever grateful to her, when others have proved to be unhelpful or unreliable.

I often can also catch a sneak peek at their walk with Lisas Facebook updates and whenever there is any worries or concerns over my dog Lisa is straight on the phone to ensure that I am made aware and that my dog is treated like the little star he is. Rob and Graham at Dog Steady have been our dog walkers for over a year now and we are incredibly…read morehappy with them. From the initial meet and greet walk they have been superb. They're complete professionals and you can tell they truly love the animals. Rob has been Sadie's walker and has done a fantastic job helping us train her with her recall. It is so much more fun for the dog and us to be able to let her off her lead so that she can enjoy chasing her ball or playing with other dogs. These days the only time she is on her lead is if she is currently close to traffic. I don't think we would have been as confident in having her off the lead as quickly as we were without Robs help. As an additional service they also do Doggie boarding. This is not kennels, the dogs stay in their house and from the photos I've seen they hog their sofa :) They only take one or sometimes two dogs per night so it can book up fast. Advanced booking is recommended.
