All pizzas are made to order and baked at location. There is no seating at the location so this is purely an orders to go (pickup) place, however they also do deliveries at an extra cost. When ordering a delivery it will usually take around 45 minutes until pizza is delivered, however this can take quite a bit longer depending on how many deliveries they have (on very busy weekends it may take as long as 2-3 hours so order early). They also have available soft beverages and dressings which can be ordered or picked up at the location when picking up the pizza. The staff is positive, friendly and easy-going as well.

Focused on the surrounding North Atlantic Ocean and forests Ellitsgaard's cuisine takes a careful approach fusing classic techniques and bits of modernism including several items such as the fully edible Limpet and "Blue Mussel" that is actually blackened Haddock. Already integrated in the environment, and longterm meant to work as an artificial reef, service is gracious and well-informed on a three-star level while plates occasionally stretch to be "interesting" but consistently outpace the single-star thus far awarded by Michelin.

We came here right after going to Sushi Omakase in Stavanger, another One-Star restaurant. Because I had only a so-so experience with the wine pairing, I opted out of the wine pairing and did a juice pairing instead. My husband opted for the beer made from seaweed which he loved. I also loved the juice pairing because they made all the juices from local ingredients and they were super unique. Had incredibly beautiful food with excellent service. It was also quite a fun car ride to get from Stavanger to this restaurant. Truly an amazing experience and if you go to Norway you should make every effort to visit.
