Because I had only a so-so experience with the wine pairing, I opted out of the wine pairing and did a juice pairing instead. My husband opted for the beer made from seaweed which he loved. I also loved the juice pairing because they made all the juices from local ingredients and they were super unique. Had incredibly beautiful food with excellent service. It was also quite a fun car ride to get from Stavanger to this restaurant. Truly an amazing experience and if you go to Norway you should make every effort to visit.

Seafood dishes have more new Norwegian spin to them. For locals who eat fish day and day out this might not be the place for them. They also have a beer list focused on micro breweries from Norway. This trend has expanded in Norway dramatically over the last few years. Make sure you request a table by the window. Some of the tables can be rather dark.
