But one look at the brick oven, the fresh and organic ingredients, and wine/beer, made me optimistic. This is my go-to place whenever I come to Brazil and with every visit, I am more and more impressed. The pizzas are incredible! The crust is thin and lightly charred, the cheese is oozingly fresh, with fresh vegetables, and every topping imaginable.
