The reason why I dont give this place 5 stars is the fact that they dont take credit cards. The party next to us had to get up after their meal to go to the ATM which was 0.3 miles away and it was really cold outside. This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Being in the Michelin guide you would expect the restaurants gets international customers. I find it quite cheap and tacky not to accept credit cards. It should be mentionned on the website or before you make a reservation. At least then you known to bring extra cash.
