The French fries has a very particular cut that makes them crispy on the edge and tender in the center. For dessert we have had the Mushroom of the Alps... Awesome!

The steak knives were so dull it was almost impossible to cut the steak that was impossible to eat. And we waited 1h between appetizer and the unfortunate steak. Plenty of other options in Chambery.
