The food here is decent. I've tried the spicy chicken teriyaki plate and their pho. Both are pretty good, but I wish they're "spicy" chicken was more spicy. The portions are huge too, so if you're hungry and looking for a filling meal, this is a good place to go. My only issue with Bite is their service. They always seem unorganized, causing the slow service. They have a "warning" posted on their table saying that the wait times will be longer during busy hours, some people might get their food before you, etc. I've worked in a large restaurant before so I completely understand this. However when we sat down, we weren't helped for awhile. I saw servers taking orders of other that sat after us. They were bussing tables around us, and for a minute it honestly just looked like they walking around. Overall, this place is just ok. Nothing special. Don't go here if you're in a rush. read more

I am very disappointed. I called in my order and was told it would be 25 minutes. I never got a text that my order was ready so I headed there as they were going to close. When I got there the cashier allowed me to pay for my food and gives me my order only to inform me that my order has not rice in it as they have run out. If I want I can wait 15-20 minutes for more rice. I was confused as I'm not sure how you have teriyaki chicken combs with no rice. She only offered more salad. When asked why I didn't get a text or a call letting me know they had no food for my orders she had no answer. I am sad as after that kind of customer service I will have to find a new place. Horrible horrible horrible service. I will never go back. The first time the service wasn't great but this time it was the worst I have ever had. It stinks because the food is pretty decent. From the time we sat down the waitress was rude and rushed us and was annoyed that we wanted a separate check for a party of 9. Then we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes with no food. We had kids with us that never got any food. We had to ask about just getting our appetizers in that amount of time. We did not even get our salads. When we asked there was no apology or anything. In fact, the waitress never came back to our table once to even advise about the food or ask if we were ok. We finally got dumplings and still no salad (1 hour and 20 minutes later) and she did not bring them, did not check in and never cleared the plates. We finally went up and said we could not wait for the food any longer. Again, no apology and still charged us full price for drinks and appetizers that came more than an hour later. I addressed the waitress directly and she was again rude. Management did not care either. After leaving and going to a nearby place to eat, the workers told us the same thing; they stopped going because the service and management was terrible. read more

However, how you handle those situations sets you apart from a great establishment or a bad one. The menu should really be in a better place. You have to step out of line to a different counter to quickly view it and come back. Then when you approach the counter to order, the menu is upside down, facing the employee, not the customer. Little did I know in my first experience, all of the pho has beef broth. For takeout, I ordered tofu pho with added veggies, assuming it was vegetarian. I ended up using veggie broth at home for it. Yes, it says it on the menu as I went back to check.. but who would be able to see the tiny asterisk at the bottom of the upside down menu? All that aside... Even though I added veggies, I don't even want to know what it would have been like without them. There were maybe 7 small pieces of broccoli, some cabbage and onions, tofu and noodles. That's it. The basil was old and turning brown, and all those veggies definitely came frozen. For $56 (2 pho, crab rangoons and boba), you'd think they can afford decent products and not cut shrimp IN HALF(?!?) like some of these other reviewers have discovered in their fresh rolls. read more

I've gone in once just for boba tea. Today I went in for lunch with a coworker and oh my gosh, I'm glad I made the choice of coming here! The Pho Thai I had was absolutely delicious. Well worth the price about $9 for a regular and a little more for a large. The regular was enough to fill me up, I don't know how much more a large is! The boba tea is of course A+ as well. The service is great, the lady came and took our order about 5 minutes in, it was lunch and busy so I totally understand. It was still very fast. Food came out fast, by the time we were done eating, it was still 12:30 (I only get a 1 hour lunch break). Still had 30 minutes left to spare! Super disappointed is all I can say. I haven't been here in a long time so I finally decided to make the trip over here, and I never should have. I came with my boyfriend, and when we walked in we were never greeted. This was especially apparent to me since the entire restaurant was empty and there were three employees standing in the dining room. Not even an acknowledgment. So rude. And it was not clear to me whether we see ourselves or not and when I asked about it no one even responded to me and then finally when I asked the third time a you girl finally said "seat yourself" with no eye contact. A big reason why I wanted to come here is because of their shrimp Spring rolls. A dish that every pho place has, but as we tried to order I was informed they do not make this anymore. How do you not have shrimp spring rolls (This is a pho place, right?? Lol. I guess not.) Once we finally got our food my boyfriend ordered sweet-and-sour chicken. The portions were so big it looked like it could be three people. I ordered Tai Pho, and although both of our food was very good my boyfriend had enough food left over for two more meals. I love pho. Especially when I'm sick, but really, any time. I was pretty happy to find a pho place near me, and even happier to discover that while it's very, very basic, it's got the necessary ingredients to satisfy even the worst cold. The pho comes out steaming hot in big bowls, and there's a bar to add your own bean sprouts, jalapeno, and basil. There's free tea from a big dispenser, and there's bubble tea in the adjacent room. I've had one of the entrees before (it was fine, not bad but not particularly memorable), and the sushi, which is good, but sliced thin. Overall, solid place to get pho, and pretty much the only one in the area. They'll likely have to create a frequent diner card just for me. read more

The table was dirty, the thai ice tea tasted disgusting as you could feel the cheap undiluted powder with each drink, the Pho noodles were cooked perfect but the meat tasted bad, my partner ordered the teriyaki chicken which was more like chicken teriyaki soup served with brown lettuce soup. During our meal we noticed a staff member using the same Clorox wipe to clean each table. This against sanitation standards 101. I told the waitress I was disappointed as she never inquired about our experience or clued into why our thai ice teas had not been consumed. The waitress did not acknowledge my comments. My first visit here. Menu is solid and prices are affordable. I got the pork teriyaki and my sis got the tofu pho. Big tasty portions. The order was done wrong and the host tried to blame us. They could have simply said "we'll take care of that," but instead made it our fault, we weren't blaming anyone and just wanted our order. The Pho did not taste right, almost as if it had cinnamon, anise, cloves or another sweet spice added. We nearly remade the broth with everything we did to try and fix the flavor. The noodles were undercooked. The chicken was very dry, even after being left in the broth. The California Roll was very dry, giving the impression it had been made hours before our order and left out. Sushi should not be that dry. Should get no stars. Terrible service!!! Five people in my party and they brought out three of our dishes. They forgot to come back. We shouldn't have started eating but we did. Then 15 minutes later no food. No one came to check on us either. They weren't that busy. I went to the front cashier and told her and she was confused. She went to check in the back. She came back out and said she was sorry they were going to take half off our bill. That sounded reasonable. When I received my bill it said $81 and new total $71. I said, how is this half?!? Pho was not good, the broth had an off smell and the flavor was lacking many spices. The broth seemed to be cooked quickly, not a slow cooked bone broth. Really lacking on authentic flavor. I couldn't leave the store.... first off, I don't think you can legally do that... not allow someone to leave a store.... You could at least give an estimated wait time so people know about how long it will be before the order is up. This place is authentic and excellent!! I've had pho twice and it was absolutely delicious both time. They have a self serve bar for all the extras (bean sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil, lime) and they serve a variety of bubble tea and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. All utensils, chopsticks and pho spoon, available at table. Decently priced. Two orders of pho, two Vietnamese Iced coffees and an app for $32 plus tip. It is near a busy grocery store but still decently accessible. Service is god and they stay busy with take out orders. Definitely will be coming back.
