Had I known, I would've gotten something else entirely. She apologized for not hearing me (aka listening to my order), but I told her I would eat it as is. I cut the lobster roll in half. In one half, I got three pieces of shell. Three. The third of which I thought chipped a tooth. I sat in shock as I pulled out the shell and checked my tooth. We notified the waitress. She asked if I wanted to take the other half to go. I told her there were too many shells to risk it. She took it to her manager and he took 25% of the lobster roll off the bill.
