A coworker recommended The Scott Pryor Law Group, and from the moment we reached out, they stepped in and took care of everything. They walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions about the driver who hit us, and explained what kind of insurance coverage was in place. What really impressed me was how thorough they were. Not only did they find the driver's policy, but they also discovered a separate policy tied to the vehicle because she was delivering for Uber Eats at the time. That made a huge difference. The entire process…read moreis handled by paralegals, which isn't necessarily a problem, but in this office the paralegals are unprofessional, rude, and lack negotiation skills. You never actually hear from an attorney. Case manger Nayeli, was extremely unresponsive. She rarely answered the phone, ignored voicemails and emails for weeks at a time, and frequently promised to call on specific dates but never followed through. My case dragged on for over a year after treatment was completed. Even after everything was supposedly resolved, they delayed releasing my check for another month. I was told documents couldn't be sent via DocuSign (which turned out to be untrue) just to force me to come in person. When I finally received the check, it was a very significant amount less than what was promised over the phone. She then claimed the reduction was due to medical bills that "couldn't be negotiated," despite telling me earlier they had already been taken care of. Overall, this firm was dishonest, unprofessional, and provided a very poor experience.

Unacceptable and Unprofessional Conditions that make dealing with them frustrating, ineffective and…read moreunsuccessful. I tried to reach them regarding a Trustee matter. I tried all day to navigate my way around their automated system. We have all dealt with those so you may understand how frustrating and impossible they can be. Well this firm uses one that might keep you waiting on hold, thinking you are are next in line to speak to an agent, only to find a half hour later that you now have to leave a message. A half hour lost because of an obviously poor system. Imagine how many people or clients have had to go though this frustration. Not ok. Next, the list an office in San Diego that isn't there anymore, as well as an office in GA at another address that shows closed. I posted what seems to be the most current address. There does not seem to be a California location anymore although to operate in California, A Law firm is supposed to have a California Address. Why would anyone want to use lawyers that clearly do not care how difficult it is for clients to reach them. Try other firms and find one that actually has a live operator. Ahhhh, what a difference.
