This is what set him apart from other Fishbowl Consultants I've spoken with. Other Fishbowl consultants quickly asked you over the phone what you need, then they would quickly e-mail you their hourly rate before getting to you know your business needs. Lance is a true Fishbowl connoisseur. He is a previous Fishbowl employee so he knows the software forwards and backwards like no other. We are in the e-commerce space specifically WooCommerce and Amazon. We need help getting all of our channels to talk to Fishbowl and Quickbooks. Lance had the experience and people around him to help solve our issues. He even went out of his way to connect me with an accountant who specializes in Amazon and Fishbowl to implement best practices for our business. I highly recommend using Brandow Consulting for training if you are a current or prospective Fishbowl customer. He'll get your Fishbowl set-up working perfectly for your EXACT business. I don't recommend using any other companies for training and implementation, not even Fishbowl themselves. Fishbowl support was terrible for us. We ended up using Lance for a lot of our support related questions.

I decided on Prosigns because they were slightly cheaper than the other places around ( I found out why). I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!

Out the gate they worked very hard for us. Optimized our meta information and overall did a great job. The the communication was great. I was able to communicate directly with my team lead to make necessary changes and add ons. The last year and a half has been difficult. We have decided to go another direction due to changes in management and changes with our team leads. They asked us to change our website platform and gave us a discount to move our website. After a few meeting we decided to pull change from Wix to Wordpress. I worked with Hanna from Be Locally for about 6 months and the website was still not completed. There were an abundance of spelling errors and promised portions of the website were not completed. As of the day we cancelled none of the website issues were resolved. May of 2015 our office moved two miles away. Be Locally had a service fee of on or around $400 to do a change of address on the internet. There are about 50 misc websites that have to be update and the charges Be Locally was asking sounded ok. After three weeks they were able to change around 10 websites. It was about this time the communication dropped. A few of our employees reached out 7 times over a three week period requesting changes. Our calls were not returned and no notes were written in our account on messages left. Our website was never completed. After we decided to cancel no refunds were made or offered on the address change that was not completed. Be Locally also removed plugins in our website that were holding our meta data. It is questionable why it was done or what the intentions were. On a positive note the owner or manager of Be Locally reached out in response to a negative review that was left on google. The explanation of removed data was the apps were paid apps and because we were not paying for the apps the plugins were removed. The meta data was left on the back end of the website showing the plugins were free wordpress plugins. The response by the be locally representative versus the data shown on the website does not show the same conclusion. The attempt to contact me was only an attempt to change my review with no real attempts to make the situation better. All in all I feel like Be Locally provided us good work in the first year and a half. The management was a pleasure to work with. Our SEO score went up. They posted Blogs and posts on facebook / twitter as they promissed. After Be Locally got bigger we felt ignored and promises were not kept. The communication slowed down and it was no longer an asset to our company.

I purchased an R&D contract for my haircare business for them to perfect, large batch and then manufacture a formula that was already selling as we were small batching. I was very clear that we had a major PR push pending at the end of the deadline with some wiggle room as things do have hiccups and can take a bit longer. Dynamic stated they would seamlessly work with perfumers they "staffed" and also had relationships with, they also stated that they could quickly help with bottle sourcing during R&D if needed, they said they had design and distribution sales teams. This one stop shop was the catalyst for me signing their contract and starting with them. The process of R&D for our hair oil was not supposed to go past 14 weeks, 16 weeks at the most. Then the agreement was once the formulation was finalized stability testing would occur. which was a part of the invoice. Stability testing was to take one month and was an additional charge - and it was agreed that I would start manufacture during stability testing to ensure our PR launch/ influencer campaigns, and grant deadlines, retailer pre orders were met. 18 weeks in the team was dragging their feet and I demanded a call with their owner Gavin Collier after I tried to get a full grasp of the timeline to completion with manufacturing and was told a number of weeks that was more than double in the sales process. 24 weeks to manufacture post R&D, and that was definitely not the number given during sales. He assured me it would be much faster than that now that he was in the project, that he would now be in the project and I let him know of not only communication deficiencies, documentation deficiencies and that after 2 months of requesting bottle pricing that I did not yet have it and he assured me they would get it to me as I wanted to have a faster supplier than the one we were using in China. After speaking with him nothing improved. Instead we ended up going to legal because as the final straw after not providing bottle pricing per a request for 2 months they " highly" referred us to a perfumer and then 3 weeks later stated they could not work with them directly and that we would need to be the go between for everything. It was the final excuse in a long line of excuses with a strange email from the owner stating they were being price gouged by perfumers due to covid, but assuring me that if we did it this way they would make sure we would still have great rates. This email came after them being a bit slimey and trying to nudge us to another perfumer in email after we had all engagement calls and had already made it clear that we engaged the perfumer they highly referred. At that point I engaged my legal team and told them to stop work. They rushed to send an unfinished sample to claim completion of the project when indeed it was not complete. 5600 in legal fees later, delayed sales, delayed PR and influencer and 2 months of communications later they are trying to charge storage fees for my bottles to return our stock they were holding to manufacture our oil to us and also refusing a full refund. This was a wholely mismanaged project, nothing but misrepresentation in the sales process, terrible lags in communication, excuses about servers being down, my account executive was always out of office. A-lot of lost money.
