I'll start with the positive: the food was actually pretty good. I left a separate review for the café itself because it deserves its own credit. As for the gaming side, it just wasn't great for us. My husband usually has decent luck at places like Emerald Queen and Muckleshoot, but here he didn't win anything on the slot machines. He tried a few pull tabs and walked away with $7 total, which obviously isn't much. I personally wasn't interested in the slots at all. The main reason we came was because I wanted to try bingo for the first time. My only reference point was honestly TV and movies, so keep that in mind. I was pretty surprised by the overall experience. A lot of the people playing bingo were... unfriendly. Some looked like they'd been there all day, and one woman literally glared at me every time I got up to get a drink or use the bathroom, which was uncomfortable -- especially since she was seated right near the drink station on the top floor. What shocked me the most was how quiet it was. Like, library-level quiet. My friends and I felt like we couldn't even talk to each other and ended up texting instead. People were shushing others around us, which made the whole thing feel tense. The bingo session itself was also very long. I did get a lot of reading done on my phone, though -- if I ever came back to play bingo again, I'd definitely bring a book and order food immediately so I had something to snack on. I didn't win anything at bingo. My husband did win, but he had to split it with three other people, so the payout was minimal. The staff at the front counter when you first walk in was super nice, and that stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff just kind of felt like they were there to hang out rather than actively help or engage. Overall, the place has a bit of a weird vibe. It was an interesting experience, but with so many other casinos in the area, this wouldn't be my first choice to return to. read more

Okay so I have to update my previous negative review ...Soo I finally won a significant amount that is worth sharing ...walked in and right away dropped $220 on 3 games and hit a couple bonuses, but paid in double digits under $30.00.. Then it was like a light switch...the game I was playing just decided to pay out ..hit 2 bonuses for $660...after cash that in at the cage .walk up the stairs and see the Wolf game had a "PAID WON $900" on the screen... So I put in a Benji which I normally don't,(because 9/10 machines will eat up 60% of that before even giving back Any amount of winnings... So the bet was already on $2.40.. So I just started betting,and when it got down to 70$..it went into bonus mode..threw out SEVEN of the gold wilds....and afre more showed up...well at the end of three consecutive bonuses...it spot out a $1094.80.. cashed out at $1184..plus the 660...that's $1744!?. After putting back $400?..I decide to dip out before I give it all back ... But I went down again the next night and back to same old businesses..they were on the take in a bad way...dropped $600....and tonight (2 nights later just dropped $240... So I feel it was just a fluke, caught them on a night they were giving some cash away...but it didn't last long...So I increased my review update to 2-stars.. Yeah I get it..They are a casino ,need to make money, but I feel they could increase their payouts by a few %... Because Ive read the responses from the floor managers ,where they state BJ'S has a 95% return payout..That is comical..But thanks I guess for giving me back $1300 of the $20+G'$ I have donated...and that was being conservative..it's probably more around $30G'$...wow..I really need to find something else to spend my time doing read more

This last weekend, I had the most incredible meal from Mr. Ray's. Venetian Shrimp and Cheesy Palenta. OMG....this was amazing. The shrimp was tender and filled with flavor. We absolutely love this place! They have the absolute best staff and I mean ALL staff. It doesn't matter if you are talking to security, cashier, food service, or bingo staff they're al so nice. My husband and I started going here often for bingo and the bingo staff is so kind, fun, funny, they joke around and have a good time. They're always willing to help you out and not make you feel dumb when you're clueless on what to do. They're always willing to help you dob if you need help. I can't say enough nice things about them. We get food from Mr. Rays and the people there are the best. We go in the evening and their evening staff is just the greatest people. We are always excited to go to BJs and the staff remembers us and always makes sure we are doing well and have everything we need. I also recently had went to bingo alone and my husband was a little worried about me walking to my car alone and I asked security and the guy was so kind and said absolutely. He walked me to my car and made sure I got in and locked my doors and drove away. We can't wait to go back each time! Thank you BJs for having the absolute best staff! read more

As a regular customer at BJ's Bingo & Gaming, it's hard not to notice how poorly the management seems to treat their staff. The attendants and floor workers are always polite and trying their best, but you can often see them getting scolded or micromanaged right in front of guests. It's uncomfortable to watch and gives off a really negative atmosphere on the floor. What's frustrating is that most of the issues seem to stem from management, not the employees. The staff appear overworked and under-supported, while the managers seem more focused on enforcing rules than helping their team. It makes the whole environment tense and unwelcoming. As a customer, I want to enjoy my time there, but when the leadership is visibly disrespectful to their own employees, it really affects the mood of the place. BJ's has great people working there--it's just a shame the management doesn't seem to value them. read more

Tried playing bingo twice. A lot of money for bingo without any return. Seems like same people win. Too many noises while playing bingo. Caller plays all these short sounds. Very annoying. Slot machines are so tight. Takes forever to get a bonus and when you do no payout. I will go elsewhere for bingo read more

They use to be fair on payouts but now there just on the take, seams like all the Indian casinos have tighten there slots so much that its not even worth playing them and B.J. become the worst. But if you notice they all have been remodeling and now your paying for it, so save you money stay home you will be money ahead and if enough of you stop going they will have to change there way to keep their doors open. read more

The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of the bartender her name is TIA! She was an absolute delight, the whole time me and my husband, ordering drinks we kept coming back-and-forth after playing slots and she not only made the vibe amazingggg! She was super hyper, friendly, sweet, nice, she was everything you would want in a bartender. If you are really serious about your Bingo, like laser focused and don't care if you eat or drink or converse with anyone, this might be the place for you. A group of friends came for a night out of Bingo fun, but we may have not understood the nuance of such structured Bingo. I mean if you put it in categories of Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced, to us this was at the very least Advanced if not Super Advanced. The bottom line, if you don't want to read my details that follow, is that we didn't really enjoy it. If this is your first time, you have to register for a players card to play Bingo. We did that, and the ladies were very friendly. You then have to step over to the cashier to buy your package. We told our cashier we were newbies, and she was so nice to explain things to us. We proceeded from the cashier to go play. It was being called by a few different people all who were too fast calling the numbers. We couldn't hear any of them very well, and one spoke like an auctioneer, speaking fast and mumbling. When you add the fact that there's a packet you purchase, plus if you purchase a bonus, plus if you purchase add-ons, you have to keep track of all of that on top of keeping up with the speed callers. It requires a level of multi-tasking that I tried to stop doing years ago. It was stressful. If we wanted to work that hard, we all have jobs. We had a group reserved upstairs in the non-smoking room with the intention of grabbing some food and drink before it started, but they weren't serving food because no staff. We didn't have time to go downstairs, and there is no one who comes to wait on you or serve you. There is no time during the game to go get a drink unless you forfeit the game you're on because if you think you're coming back and catching up on your sheet, forget it. They call it too fast to catch up. This casino seems to have more space for smokers and less for non-smokers. After we played, we went downstairs to go to the bar together, and it was so full of smoke we couldn't. There was another bar that we looked at, but at 10pm it wasn't open yet and not opening for another 15 minutes, so we left. read more

I was impressed with this place, if I hadn't been invited here honestly I wouldn't have stopped by. It's location isn't in such a great place however when you step inside you are just wowed. The building is big and beautiful. We were greeted right away. We got our players card, goodie bag and a flag. The flag let's staff know we are new and we can waive it when we need additional help. Everyone we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We sat in the nonsmoking area, they have automatic doors dividing the smoking area. We sat on the 4th row and I didn't smell smoke at all. The bingo group was very cheerful and we had a great time. I loved the computers that each bingo player has, I loved the fact that I was able to play games on it during intermission. The people reading the numbers were humorous and spoke clear. Now! The food was good. It was more comfort bar food but good. We had nachos, Cesar salad, fish and chips, bacon cheese burger, apple pie and chocolate mousse pie. I had a little of everything, I couldn't help not trying everything. My favorite was the bacon cheese burger, it was delicious. The fries! Were delicious too. Like I said before all the food was good I would order any of those again. The ladies at the cafe area were very helpful and nice. They were patient with everyone and trying to keep everything looking nice and clean. We played at the slots machine after devouring our food. They have a variety of machines. I lost after like 15min. My husband was winning after half hour but then lost it all haha. It's was okay though we had a great time. This review actually makes me sad because BJ's has some good things about it but at the end of the day they have serious questionable behavior. The way they run there promotions is not good and very questionable at times. I point to the lady that runs the promo's as the main issue her name is Christy I believe she clearly doesn't put the integrity of the promotions first and just does it basically half way serious and that's just being honest. The staff is great for the most part but the two slot managers are legit not good people at all. Here is my issue with them and Cristy they had a flyer available the entire month of December for a group pull that happens on Tuesdays for the first 30 people that earn 2000 points and every player get 15 spins at max bet and split the pot evenly but the flyer states that if you hit a bonus during your 15 spins you get $100 free play extra so I hit a bonus but didnt receive the $100 Freeplay so I said something to them and they then explained to me that they had another flyer that says we get a gift bag so obviously there was some confusion and this part I understand not a big thing but I never saw this other flyer but the flyer that was dead center can't miss it and huge stack lasted the entire month of December on the shelf and this took place December 31st so I asked why they didn't take this flyer out if it wasn't valid and they had no explanation and it was on the shelf foe players to grab the entire month so it doesn't seem fair that they had very poor attitudes about but they consulted with the promotion manager Christy and then came back to me and said they had two options for me the first option was for myself and my girlfriend to give the gift bags back plus the money we got when getting those I got $25 Freeplay and my girlfriend got $300 cash then they would pay me the $100 now I get it this is kinda just a misunderstanding and again just a poor job by promo manager to pull these flyers to stop players from thinking they got the extra $100 but lets be honest what does my girlfriend have to do with this issue so that is actually what made me mad is that is how these people choose to run business like how childish but they were dead serious so I asked to speak to highest manager and they said that was them and taunted me and laughed at me I mean told me go ahead and complain to gaming and laughed some more like it was very immature behavior. Now I wasn't gonna stay obviously but on my way out we seen a guy in a suit that had a BJ's tag and he looked official so we asked him if there was anyone higher than tne two slot managers and he said actually yes and got the general manager for us ans he came down from upstairs and we explained what happened and showed him the flyer and told him the solution they offered to us and then I look up to see both slot managers heading toward us with the look of oh shoot so when they got to us they had a private sidebar with the gm and the result was one of the slot managers came to me and legit snatched the gift bag from me and said we are gonna give you $75 more dollars free play to go with the $25 I received in the gift bag totaling $100 and I stood in shock that she snatched this bag from me angry because they treated me like crap and didn't get away with it. I want to make clear I was not kicked out of this place or anything like that and this is all on camera and if BJ'S has any integrity then they would pull the tapes and verify what I am saying and handle it appropriately because the way it was handled was bizarre and not okay like I get it there was a misunderstanding and I could have accepted that but the natural question is why did nobody remove these flyers to avoid this issue and that sparked very immature behavior and the snatching of the bag from mw and the taunting was just out of line read more

This is a thieving casino here. They aren't paying minimum payouts! It's so bad people are getting into fistfights like what happened just today! Same complaints from all the patrons, this place hadn't paid anything out in months. The bonus rounds don't even come close to paying out anything. One of the best snack bars I have seen yet at a bingo hall. Plenty of options and you can order breakfast/lunch or dinner. They also have a bar in the bingo area to order drinks. Bingo offers paper and Machines. A bit hard to bingo since this place is pretty busy and has two floors (smoking and non smoking areas). After a week of playing I won yesterday. I won $100 and then today I won $500 which I had to split 3 ways :(. All employees I have encountered have been extremely pleasant and a few even remembered my name. I have noticed that some of their Jackpots have gone pretty easily. I have witnessed someone winning 10k, 8k, and a a few smaller amounts below that. That's encouraging! read more

Absolutely do not go here I have spent thousands here and get little to nothing back.! Those can be proven by pulling my players card just now today March 6, 2020 to at 7 AM in the morning as well as for an hour or so before I spent over $2600 on one machine plane twin Dragon unleashed in the smoking section in the small little area by the door never got a single and I repeat I never got a single bonus not a goddamn thing! I had a great first time experience here! I was actually invited through Yelp so that was cool. I brought my sister along and we had fun. The location is pretty good. It's in the city of Fife. And there is a huge parking lot with a good amount of parking spaces. As soon as we came through the door we were greeted by a lady standing behind the customer service counter I believe. We had to wait to be seated because we were apart of the special Yelp group. But when we got with our connection, she gave us a special BJ's goodie backpack, which had everything we needed for bingo that day! The building was very clean and spacious. We went up stairs in the non smoking section and found a space to sit. Very nice and friendly and attentive staff members everywhere. The food was awesome. I was invited to a private event back in January. First time at this facility and I was pretty impressed by how welcoming and attentive the staff was. This bingo hall is way bigger than you'd expect.. very clean and spacious too. When we got our games, we were also gifted with a swag bag filled with bingo necessities like daubers, pens, a hat, a fan. The food here is actually better than other bingo halls i've been to... They have quick cold foods you can pick up or you can order from their hot menu. Our meals took FOREVERRRRRRRRRRR and we ended up missing the blackout game which my husband was pissed about. I really wish they had denoms that were $.25 or $1. Everything is pennies or 300-400x bet so you're stuck with either severely low payout percentages, or having to bet $50 a spin on higher denom machines. Regular, non-tribal slots are much better. BJs (and all Washington casinos) are not required to report their payback percentages. BJs seems to be 75-85% which is very low. read more

My husband and I woke up early this morning so we can make it to the early morning Bingo sessions. The early morning bingo starts at 930 to 1030 and after that starts the am bingo at 11:30. Once we got there I quickly let the girl know at the customer service area that we were new to this so she signed us in and advised us where to go from there. Buying the bingo packs was the most confusing process ever. The guy at the window tried to explain and was very nice about it all but I knew he needed to continue with the line that was forming behind us and didn't give us all the details about the games. We went upstairs to the non smoking area which by the way they do have and the lady working the floor was very extremely helpful we had paper packets and she took them and got it switch for the ma gone packets so we didn't have to do anything the machine dabbed our numbers for us. She was very sweet and was amazing and didn't make us feel stupid because we had a lot of questions and were new. She even saw me later and asked how did we do. I used to enjoy going to this small business for my slotting experience. But my last time there was awful. My husband was using a vape pen with nicotine and we were pulled aside to be talked to about his vape usage. The cashier, who I later found out was a casino manager, and a security guard questioned us about his vape usage. They asked how he filled it with nicotine. My husband explained how. Then they smelled the vape pen and told us it was thc. Instead of tell him to put it away or leave, they put us through an ordeal we shouldn't of had to deal with. I then contacted bjs explaining our experience and they just explained the Federal law to me again. Never apologizing for how we were inappropriately treated. They had no way of proving it was thc as I had no way of proving it wasn't. Customer service at this casino is awful! I would avoid this establishment. read more
