We waited an hour and 10 minutes after being told 40 minutes and ended up leaving because our table still wasn't ready. The hostess was incredibly rude and continued to tell us that we had to wait until a large table left despite the fact that other tables were open. Came here for dinner on Sunday. After a 5-6 hour drive my friends and I was starving. I love how this venue looks, it's very nice and spacious. Our wait was not long at all because we came here around 10:00pm. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was great. But can you really mess up a burger? lol . Had lunch here yesterday and planned to watch an out of area NFL game knowing that this location has Sunday ticket (access to all games). When we asked if they could put our game on a tv nobody was watching the manager said no. He explained that too many people keep asking him to change a channel and he doesn't have time. I thought it was nice of him to come over and tell us he would not do it but his explanation didn't make sense. The restaurant was not busy and appeared to be well staffed. Went to BJs the other day and had one of the best experiences! The service was fast and efficient. The floor manager was also very helpful and would periodically check in with us. Always a great experience at BJ's. Good service, good food. I've never been disappointed with the food I've ordered. We had 8 in our party and no one was disappointed. We were travelling through the area and wanted an informal supper. As soon as we were seated Timothy M came up, crouched down and chatted about all things beverage, food and life. He was a star! He read his customers well, had been trained to be professional and had listened to that training; he was a natural people person. We order two house beers, the pacific poke soba bowl and bone in pork chop. All arrived hot, were tasty to eat and hit the spot which in a 300 cover restaurant delighted us. The place also promotes an optional donation on the bill for the Alzheimer foundation's 'Longest Day', which shows a level of societal concern. However the same place also gives plastic straws in most soft beverages. This is a disconnect with 21st century society!!!! PLEASE ditch the bloody straw and help the planet as your clients are not kids! So as a chain the place was good but reading the social Environmental Stewardship statement on their website this now makes us think that there is a corporate disconnect somewhere in this business.... read more

For my first time, I was very disappointed. I went and my friends and I wanted the Mac n cheese balls, but they were out. We ordered a different appetizer and were completely fine with it. When it came to the entree I wanted the Prime rib weekend special, and it was out as well. I would've understood if it was late at night but it was 7 in the evening. I ordered the ribeye and it was mostly fat, and medium well instead of medium rare. The service was average, our server was busy so I don't put much on that. However we waited quite a bit between refills. I would love to give the restaurant another chance in the future, but I was upset about getting a ribeye for $32 and having about 2-3 oz of fat on there. read more

The taste of food at this BJ's is always consistent! It's something you can always rely on! The restaurant is also very clean. If you are looking for a girly cider that is sweet, juicy, crisp and bubbly, I would recommend the berry burst cider. This chain is pretty much known for their deep dish pizzas, brews, and famous pizookie cookie desserts! The best pizza IMO is the great white if you like creamy Alfredo sauce, and if you like a combination of salty and sweet I would recommend the salted caramel pizookie. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the service could be more up to par. Last time I ate here, I had 5 orders accidentally almost come to my table. Servers could be a little more accurate, and having been hungry and seated it's a tease to bring already made food to customers that haven't even ordered yet. It took forever for them to pick up which whatever but once they did the unenthusiastic server on the other end told me that they didn't have that order when it finally came through on their slow system, she informs me that it would take 25-30 minutes which I'm used to because it takes forever anyway so I was like thank you! And she was like however once it's done, you're going to have to come inside and get it yourself and then hung up on me! What the hell is the point of curbside if you have to get it yourself? The employees use the curbside spaces to park. I can tell because all the spaces are filled and no one is in the cars and customers wouldn't use curbside to park if they were dining in. read more

As an entree I got the cauliflower & quinoa power bowl with tri tip in it. Oh my goodness. Just absolutely scrumptious and very filling. My boyfriend got Buffalo chicken pizza which was just as good wonderful. I had wine, he had a few cocktails that I can't remember the names of but they were amazing. Not one to usually complain about specific people and services but... Just went to BJs for a friends birthday to get a birthday pizookie. Sat at the bar and told the bartender Sydney what we were doing. Right off the bat she said "I'm going to be an asshole to you for ordering that. I hate this company, i hate birthday pizookies , i hate pizookie passes" and we told her that's really rude to go off like that and very unprofessional. I said you can't even say "hi how are you" and she very sarcastically asked me back "hi how are you " with a little head bob. Asked for the manager and he offered for us to sit somewhere else but our vibe was totally ruined by this interaction and just wanted to leave. Manager did listen to us but didn't seem like he was very concerned with the way his staff just spoke to us. Flat bread pizza with bacon, jalapenos, and pineapple: The spicy pig was great. Especial with queso to dip the crust in. Monkey bread with ice cream for desert to completely overwhelm my blood sugar. You might need to study it beforehand before you go, especially if you're indecisive.
