This experience tonight was horrible. On the way in there was a napkin on the floor a couple of feet from the entrance. (dangerous). I ordered 1 boneless wings and 2 orders of bone in. 1 order of the bone in was for dine in and the other order was to go. I ordered lemon pepper chicken wings. I checked the to go order because the 2 other times that I ordered to go The wings were burnt and inedible. The to go order was so burned it would have been inedible. I asked the waitress to please get me a new batch not burned. When the waitress brought the remade order there were burnt wings again. The waitress again brought remade wings. The wings were like dry bread crumbs and seasoning. The waitress kept forgetting things we were asking for. Several times we had to ask the waitress for what we needed. My friend does not like to complain even though he is paying good money for his food. My friend ordered ribs and tips. I did not see any steam coming off any of his food. The tip was chewy. The ribs were not meaty the rice was mushy. He usually gets the ribeye he said he should of stuck with that. On the way out that napkin was still sitting near the entrance. There were 2 employees standing there and I pointed out the napkin to both of them. I was expecting one of them to pick up the napkin. I made a comment about that it was dangerous that someone could slip and fall. The one girl just stood looking dumbfounded while the other girl said "I will get someone back there to pick it up". To say the least now I was dumbfounded that this lazy girl could not be bothered to pick that napkin up. This will be our last time going to BJ's and we were going weekly. Whoever your cook is I suggest you train him or replace him. Whoever is in charge of the food coming out of the kitchen should be retrained or replaced. The to go order they thought they were slick turning the wings on the best side facing up hoping I would only peek in the box not pick the wings up and make sure they were not burnt. If I was in control of the food coming out of the kitchen I never would have let some of that food out of the kitchen. read more

I used to like BJs and really liked their gf buns for their burgers. Tonight I got tortilla soup..... I guess you could call it that. It was awful! Tasted more like slop. My burger was supposed to be medium and was very well done! Had no flavor and was bad quality. the kids sundae was a joke. They can't even do chocolate syrup it's just these little chocolate chips and it's not good quality ice cream or whipped cream. I spent $50 and was very unsatisfied. Came to BJ's after seeing they had a wing Wednesday for five dollar wings. We also got lucky with the happy hour so long story short we got a little crazy got some personal pizzas, wings, Ahi Poke and of course finished strong with some mini pizookies. Now everything tasted pretty good, the wings weren't fresh unfortunately but everything else was okay for the most part. It did take forever for the food to come out which made me scan the restaurant and it didn't look as busy, but maybe they were short staffed in the back. There were many happy hour specials that we took advantage of... shareable appetizers and margaritas! Yum... We ordered the Ahi poke bowl which was very tasty and nicely presented, the sliders which had 4 small burgers on buns, the calamari which was crispy batter fried and a generous portion served with a dipping sauce and deep dish nachos, which again were generous portion size loaded with the fixings and chicken One in our party ordered the chicken BLT and could only finish half of it but said it was really good and another in our party ordered one of the meal deals that included a burger, fried and a pizookie (cookie in an individual sized pizza pan) with vanilla ice cream. The only place I would stop in on a Sunday night would be BJs of Pinellas Park. I typically love to watch my sports and unwind from a long day at work. I always sit in the cocktail area of the bar. Those who know are aware of their fantastic Happy Hour from 9pm till midnight Sun-Thurs nights. Chelsi is always on point and always keeps my sweet tea full. I enjoy the conversations I have her. They mostly revolve around current global geo economics and the weather. She's got a wholesome sorta folksy perspective that I find helpful. Easy with a larger group and not normally on my radar, but because of large menu and price point along with ample parking and join waitlist ability from app we ended up here for dinner. It has offerings for everyone and a good kids menu too. On weeknights (maybe Fri, check website) they have a $13.99 menu that has about 10 options, including salads, sandwiches, entrées and includes a mini Pazooki. Pazooki is their signature dessert. It is a cookie served hot with a scoop of ice cream on top. The mini is enough for two people to share. They have multiple flavors from the original chocolate chip, just salted caramel and strawberry fields to a limited edition Snickers. I have not been to BJ's in a good three or four years, but it's always consistent, service is usually friendly and I will probably be back in another three or four years. read more

We used to frequent this location all the time - Courtney in the bar was amazing. This was my first return since they had a menu change - removing items we enjoyed in the bar HH. I arrived first from my party and since I was alone they said they weren't allowed to seat me as the wait staff would "have to do a lot of walking". WHAT? So, I waited ~20' for someone else in my party of a total of five to arrive so I would be allowed to sit. I dine in groups often and this has never happened before. What a way to lose money on drinks as well as aggravate your customer. Even better, while I sat on a bench waiting to be allowed to sit, numerous servers kept coming up to the hostess stand to chat. I guess this is acceptable walking. ‍ Once allowed to sit, I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad. The lettuce was about 30% wilted and brown. There were perhaps three broken croutons and the chicken was not an actual chicken breast, but a processed, rubber tasting chicken. I ate maybe a quarter of it and left - early. Just like I arrived. I will never return after this experience. We used to go so often the bar staff knew our order when we sat and put it in. What a difference! So disappointing!! read more

I've given this restaurant two chances now through Uber Eats, and both times they forgot to include one of the entrées I ordered. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a meal and then not even receive it. I had to go through Uber to request refunds each time, which is a hassle and not what I should have to do just to get the food I paid for. I don't understand how an order can go out missing something as important as a main entrée--twice in a row. Very disappointing. read more
