The worst place to buy tires, they will not honor the warranty, make up excuses to not to say that you're not eligible for the warranty. Example your tires is winter tires then when you prove them wrong, then you don't have enough tires rotation done. After leaving the TV with customer service, my husband, and I exited the store without any items in hand. As a new BJ's member, I was unaware that I still needed to stop at the door. Around 9:15 p.m., the employee at the exit approached me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. She got inches from me and yelled that I could not leave until she told me I could. Can I rate it a zero? I ordered 4 tires online on May 16. Appointment for installation on May 24, 2pm. Show up, takes car in, drives it back out 25 minutes later(wow fast service). Attendant that brought out car walks away without a word. 10 minutes goes by two attendants from behind the counter(eating lunch from a bag) say "Yo sir, we can't do your tires today we don't have them". I replied "Not my problem. When will they be here?" This continued with fumbled apologies and excuses until they made an appointment for me on May 29, 2pm. Days went on, no confirmation or notification about appt or if my tires were even in. By this point I've contacted from what I assume corporate, just to receive more apologies and excuses. May 31, I see the 4 tires that I purchased and are pending are in stock at BJs Nashua so I call and ask the attendant if I can get these tires installed on my vehicle today. His response is "uh we don't have them in stock". And I repeated to him what I want through with his response being "My supervisor gets back on Tuesday, he's on vacation". After this I hung up, called BJs corporate and cancelled my order. Unfortunate, I had tires installed by Salem BJs years ago with no problems. Went in for a simple tire rotation on 04/2025 and a young kid by the name of Jake removed all 4 tires on my SUV and put them on the cement ground on the rim painted side and now all 4 of my rims have scuff and scratch marks.I told the other attendant that works there by the name of Nick about the situation and he replyed what do you want me to do?and I told him what about some trainning They are hiring young kids that have no trainnig no idea how to do a simple tire rotation. I like this BJ's location because it's convenient and it's located next to Lowe's with that VERY HIGH Versa-Lok retaining wall. I've been a member of BJ's for several years and I've picked up some great deals on food, snacks, electronics, music, movies, video games, magazines (20 percent off), books, and office supplies. A lot of items are sold in bulk so plan your product usage accordingly. The products and prices here are pretty good and tend to be comparable to Sam's Club across the river, a few pennies here and there. The snack bar up front is decent and sells cold drinks, coffee, churros, pretzels, pizza, ice cream, and hot dogs. The lines here aren't too bad and there are also self checkout lines too. read more

I asked about a displayed sign promoting a complete pair of glasses for $99. She scoffed and said those are children under 15 only. The ad shows a man and nowhere did it say children's. The BJ's in Nashua is the place to stock up for a merciless New Hampshire winter. Some folks use enormous dollies rather than shopping carts for their haul. They have lots of winter attire- so for a BJ's, they're a good one when it comes to clothing. Surprisingly, they also have a good (albeit small) selection of books.... especially if you're using slow cookers. Since they're a smaller BJ's, they have fewer free food samples. The BJ's in Hyannis has a sizable produce section, while the Nashua one has them tucked in the back. The one in Hyannis, where folks from Martha's Vineyard&Nantucket stock up, has an enormous lobster tank while the Nashua one doesn't. The Nashua BJ's is great for gearing up for a harsh winter. read more

My wife went for a (what we assumed was) a punctured tire. They verified that, recommended 4 new tires (reasonable) considering +40,000 miles. Couldn't do it that day but she made an Appt for 9 am the next day to have them replaced. Come that AM she went in and they insisted she didn't have an Appt, they don't even make appts that early, and didn't offer to rectify it in any way (like we can take you in 45 mins or even later that day). I've had terrible experiences while getting propane from the same office. I understand that I'm pulling employees from the tire Dept but frankly, that's not my problem. (1 star because the tank refill is considerably cheaper than the Hardware store next door) On the plus side, never had a problem on the inside of g thy he actual store. read more

Don't buy any glasses from BJs!!! Their eyeglasses are garbage. You will spend hundreds of dollars and the glasses will appear scratched within 6 months. The anti glare will ruin your glasses. They have no warranty for them at all unless you buy the 3 year warranty and with that you still have to put in more money for new glasses they owe you because the glasses are terrible. He immediately denied it and when I reported it to the asset manager I was met with shitty reluctant customer service. The Nashua BJss Tire Dis-Service Center staff is either completely dishonest or incompetent or both. I had a blowout on a Monday was absolutely promised next-day delivery on a new tire for a spare on Tuesday--but only if we drove up to Nashua and pay them first. From then on we were committed. The tire did not arrive until Wednesday night. They booked a Thursday appointment even though my husband said he had to check with me first. When I tried to call them back that day, I spent two hours calling them on the phone which they would not pick up. I had to ring through to a store manager twince before I got any action. When I finally reached them, they said there were no available appointments until Tuesday--except we weren't available then. So, I brought the car in the following Wednesday, It took an hour and a half for them to install one tire on a wheel. Then the man claimed that we had ordered the wrong tire! He said that the spare tire was not full-sized and therefore when they tried to replace the spare tire in its storage spot, it did not and could not fit. We called our Herb Chambers repair shop and they said this was not true. However, rather than fight with these people, we had them stick the spare tire in the car. Later, my "ten thumbs" husband, got the spare back in place in ten minutes! These people posed a danger to our family, and our very young passengers. After expressing that I wanted to wait and use the self checkout I was told that wasn't an option. There was a long line and I said that I would let some one go ahead and didn't mind waiting. Sometimes it's hard to find what you need at BJs. I find the store to be laid out somewhat half hazardous. There are not a lot of employees in the floor to help out. She went above and beyond to help and my family does appreciate it. The food was for a Celebration of Life gathering for my recently deceased Grandmother. I've been coming to BJ's since I was a child and love all of the great deals, coupons, and samples they offer. However, customer service is so not their forte. As I was doing self check out, for the first time at BJ's, I did not know where to scan my coupons. I pressed the button for assistance and a lady came. She was unwelcoming and very rude. And sighed a lot! I lost one of my coupons for eggs and she said I had to buy two carton of eggs to get the deal but I carefully read it said one. So she condescendingly took out a "new" coupon packet and skimmed through. She didn't see it so she gave it to me to look. This "new" packet was already ripped up. Like wtf??I asked for a new unused packet, and saw the eggs deal. No apologies from that lady was given at all. I noticed she was also rude to other customers in self check out. If multiple customers constantly need help, BJ's self check out need some changes. Their merch is great, but just avoid the employees. My mom was behind me in line and learned to avoid the staff after that. We're thinking of trying Costco's. read more
