I personally would not recommend this company based on the amount of stress, chasing, and lack of follow-through my niece and her family have dealt with throughout this process. From what I've witnessed, communication became extremely difficult once problems came up, and instead of properly resolving the damage and concerns, they were left feeling unsupported and stuck trying to figure things out themselves.
