Service was great. Knowledgable staff. The food was superb. Scallops were tasty, and accompanied with a delicious aoli. My steak was cooked to perfection - medium rare, my parents has medium and again it was exactly as you'd expect. Dessert was sweet without being too strong, and went perfectly with a double espresso. There's also a nice selection of spirits for the end of the meal, so a frangelico and a whiskey were also appreciated. I can't recommend it enough. Price was good. Yousef became very interested in my charity Aortic Hope, and brought his manager over and we had a delightful conversation. This gorgeous restaurant also offers hookah in the lower level and Yousef showed it to us after dinner. He was so kind. He walked myself and the 2 other women to the end of the street. Four of us went and everyone said how good it was, I can't remember the last time we all agreed (my brother is the difficult one, not me). We actually booked for a Sunday lunch while we were there, and if anything the Sunday roast was even better than the Saturday dinner. I really can't recommend it enough, a great find.

The lamb chops were undercooked and clearly not handled with proper care. In our opinion, the meat was frozen and was not left out to thaw properly which ended up in the food being raw. As a result, I have been extremely ill, had to go to the doctors and unable to work. This incident has caused significant disruption to my life and livelihood. I strongly urge Toros to review their food handling and preparation procedures to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others! Ruined date night! Not worth the £61 I paid for a starter and 2 mains! Also did not provide free tap water for the table!! Also, they do not take card payments, they expect the bill to be paid in cash. I didn't have cash and they said that I could bank transfer the money to which they gave me someone's bank details and after I had transferred the money, they rang this person to make sure that the money had gone through. This whole experience was very shady and on the lines of tax evasion!!!!!!

Waiters were nice but played with their hair the whole time writing down orders or when talking to customers, the food was tasteless and not the same, the cleanness was poor as there was a table when we came that needed cleaning but stayed as it is until we almost left which was annoying while eating. Overall, I wouldn't be visiting this chain again as we didn't really enjoy it.
