Left to sleep on floor for first month, got mattress 2nd and boxspring 3rd month even though in need of surgery on left shoulder - surgery was cancelled by them without telling me. No health insurance due to their incompetence, constant and differing excuses for not getting Medicare for me (I will be 67 in 5 months) thus everything medically necessary is being billed at highest cost which will soon put me into bankruptcy. Also lost my car due to lack of help with totally unnecessary bill for tires - son says he and they didn't want me to have a car anyway even though I had no difficulties in driving to usual places, got COVID and screamed at by residents with no staff available to deal with the situation, accidental head injury forced call to 911 as my cable bill had gone unpaid for months and was cut off leaving me with no way to get help (huge bill will include MRI and x-rays, ambulance there and ride back) while independent living is NOT independent, especially with no car. I've become a prisoner of these people, and the subpar senior living Hell House they placed me in, with absolutely no rights thus requiring the help of an attorney to get my life back.
