I'm a neighbor living next to this development on Gosling, and I'm extremely frustrated. This construction site operates around the clock, including disruptive work at 2am, as shown in the attached photo. Despite local laws clearly prohibiting construction noise after 10pm, this crew shows complete disregard for the rules and the well-being of nearby residents. The noise makes it nearly impossible for families to sleep, and it's clear they don't care about the impact on the neighborhood. If you value peace and law-abiding practices in your community, this is not the kind of development you want near your home. read more
