I can't say enough about Romello 's quick response time and his willingness to do everything…read morepossible to accommodate me. When I first met Romello, I was impressed by his enthusiasm to do a good job. He asked for $70, which was very reasonable; but I paid him $90 because he said using my battery-operated lawn mower was time-consuming. After I verbally agreed he could use his lawn mower, he asked me if I wanted to use his lawn mower or mine right before he came. My lawn mower is better for the environment, and other people have cut my lawn too short with theirs. But I was reassured when he said his cuts as high or higher than mine. So, since he said his mower goes higher, they will use his mower in the future. I have a big yard, so I appreciate that they agreed not to use a riding mower, which has really torn up my lawn over the years. I have had to lay sod more than once with my old company due to the gouges in the lawn with their riding mower. Then Romello and Alecia came to the rescue! As in the photo below, entitled, "Nice cut," I thought the mowing was supurb! They also trimmed and blew, including trimming vines under my trees and bushes in front of the garden. The trimmed vines and bushes look beautiful! But, like a haircut, although it has to be done, you lament the loss of your locks. Although they cleaned up behind themselves, blowing and bagging, I would have liked to see the sides here in the two photos of the curb at the street and sidewalk edged and cleaned up better. I had blown the sides near the curb yesterday, and there was only this little bit left over that I would have appreciated them finishing up. He called back and said since I posted these photos instead of looking at the edging before he left, he's not coming back. I texted he said he was in a hurry and had to leave after putting a bag in my trash can, and then he drove off. So, he didn't give me a chance at all to look at his edging, and, if I did, he had to go anyway. But is that my responsibility? Clearly, the edging is not a good job. He's a bit mercurial, but I am thankful because I got the best the very best yard guy ever to do my lawn after he left.
