When I came in I told the lady in the front that I wanted it done small on the side of the bag (hence why I only put Bri and not her full name Brianna because I thought it wouldn't fit). It was all written down on the order sheet and she even had me put masking tape exactly where I wanted it. However, when I picked up the item I was shocked to find that they had done it on the top. Their customer service is great and to make up for their mistake they didn't charge me for the embroidery. Additionally, they also offered to buy a new bag and redo it for me, but I was out of time. If I wasn't tolerant of the new placement I would have been pisssssed. Ultimately, the quality of their work is still great but I'm not sure if I can risk it and trust them to do my items in the future.
