They shifted my appt to their nurse practitioner Anita. Their office called me 2x since the change, the first time my phone indicated who was calling, Dr. Fraker's office, I picked up, "Hello..." The Ultiskin employee said, "who is this?" I said, "You called me!" She said, "I forgot who I called." Hummmm. The other time they had no record of changing my appt so we had to start over. At the appt I enrolled in their frequent rewards program, "brilliant distinctions" based on a flyer they posted offering 100 free sign up points. Then I got my first email from the program, no sign up points, but I was credited with points for my visit. Hummmm. The BEST thing about Ultiskin is Anita, the nurse practitioner who I saw while there. She was positively AWESOME. She did not push me towards more than I wanted and was extremely careful about everything she did. She was a delight in every way. I loved her and would go out of my way to see her again and again. Like other reviews that I had read in advance of going to Ultiskin, I found the service to be exceptional and the administrative structure to be wobbly.
