We also realized that we needed to use a muzzle when new people came in and around our 2 year old to make sure she's not nippy with them. All this and the commands gave us huge relief. In my opinion, if I can't or shouldn't drink then neither should pets. It has a really strong smell, so much so that would not even attempt to drink. Admittedly, I don't know much about canine digestion but I don't believe the water is healthy and possibly harmful. Don't take my word for it. The next time you're there simply inquire about it or just ask to use the sink that right behind the front desk. Another little tid bit that customers should look into is the owner and her criminal history, including litigation that is going on currently. This is not a civil case and it is a very recent indictment. The facts there are also a concern when it comes to the health and safety of your beloved pet.

Nothing.. training day arrived, I found my way to Gigi's. Pretty impressive facility, multiple buildings, and multiple parking areas. I will admit it was a bit confusing. Luckily someone from the neighboring building came out and explained where to go. We got situated in the class and made it through. Positive reinforcement training is the preferred method, and the tips and information provided by Rebecca is top notch! My only reason for not going 5 stars here is that the signup portion of this experience was lacking a bit in my opinion. I'm old school, I like to speak with someone, get a name and a face. For our trainer we had Molly, who was beyond professional, showed up to all of our appointments on time and with her lessons prepared. She gave us clear, direct tips and taught exactly what we had to do to help our dog. Not only that but she was a sweetheart that legitimately cared about our dog's well-being and mental state. For five lessons stretched over 4 months, we crate trained, leash trained, learned 6-8 new commands that help our dog understand what we expect of him. We completely broke him of his separation anxiety and now WILLINGLY goes into his crate before we leave for work. I recommend dog training to everyone.
