Super cute fun boutique located in the Farm shopping center in Tulsa off 51st. This store had everything from clothing and shoes to great accessories such as coffee mugs and notepads. I'm 30 and a mom and just felt like the clothes were a little "too young" for me. I realize I sound old while typing this out but some of their clothes aren't good for everyday staple pieces. They're more of going out items. If you're looking for cute gifts or filler items for gifts, this place is a great spot. They had the cutest things such as funny saying coffee mugs and stationary that are things that I see on the bloggers that I follow. If I could give zero starts I would. This business has the worse business ethics I have experienced. I saw a cute jacket they posted on Instagram and noticed the prices was marked at 32.00 bucks and thought it was a good price for a jacket so I clicked on the link they provided and noticed there was a price difference. I left a comment letting them know about the price, I checked back and noticed my comment was deleted without a word from them. That just shows how this business is run. 07/23/2016: Came back twice within a 2 month time frame and I wasn't as impressed by the selection. Plus, the sales girls hanging out in the front weren't as nice either time. Store was too crowded and overly full of people. I can't remember if they have 2 or 3 waiting rooms, but I felt like I had to wait too long for them. I probably will not ever be back. I was in town from Dallas and looking for a spot to find a brunch and bachelorette party outfit. The salesperson was so helpful and not pushy. She helped me find something that worked for my body type (not skinny mini and large chest) and didn't pressure me into something that didn't look good or flatter me. As an average looking person, I make it a point to warn people when the employees of a store are judgemental and snobby. Please, for your sake, do not take a step in this boutique if you are not smaller than a size 6, get your makeup and hair done to prom levels daily, and have a weekly nail appointment. This shop had some cute items that were incredibly overpriced. But that was not the biggest turnoff. I was the only customer in the store early on a Monday. There were 3 sales ladies at the counter when I walked in and I recieved a shallow "hi" from one of them. I spent a good 20-30 minutes looking through every rack (even the one right next to where they were standing) and never once experienced customer service. They just chatted to themselves or looked at their phones the entire time. I tried on clothes, put them back where they came from and left without any recognition. I was hoping to find some cute items for 2 special occasions coming up, and without a doubt, I would have found them here. If I could've given this store negative stars, I would have! The sales people are incredibly snobby and beyond rude! The staff saw us come in and literally turned their backs on us & never spoke to us! They were too busy looking at new clothes to be bothered with customers. The owners at this boutique have bad attitudes and never spoke to me when I came into the store. The owner is very snobby and I heard from someone who used to work there that she made the quote that she felt that she needed to "be extra nice to black girls" when they come into the store. That is completely ridiculous. How about just treating everyone equally? Especially when they're spending money in your establishment. On another occasion, I sat in the waiting area of this establishment while waiting to get a service in another area of the store and the owners Dad came over to me and looked at me as if I didn't belong there and asked, "Are you next?" In a very stern tone as if I had no business sitting there. This made me very uncomfortable. He treated me as if I was sitting there up to no good. What the hell else would I be sitting there for?? This boutique is completely overpriced and has shitty customer service. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop there especially people of color. Spend your money somewhere where it will be appreciated and somewhere where you will be greeted upon entering no matter what the color of your skin is. read more

I purchased a dress there that was far to over priced for its lack of quality (much like everything there) my boy friend likes it so I took a shot and got it but took it home and just really found the dress to be incredibly uncomfortable. So I took the dress back, but turns out they don't do returns, and the ONLY mention of this is on a tiny as framed piece of paper on the counter. So no I have store credit for a shit boutique full of things I would never wear! Yay! Really nice people when you are spending money with them, but when their merchandise that I purchased had a defect (and I didn't realize it until I got home) they were unwilling to rectify the situation with a simple exchange. The owner, Sara, was not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by me coming in to exchange the product. After refusing to help me out initially, Sara then agreed to have the piece put back on the shoe and have it ready for me to pick up the next week. When I picked up the shoes, Sara was curt, never smiled, and hardly said anything to me. Customer service is more important than the product you sell, therefore I will not be spending my money at this store anymore. It's unfortunate but definitely a reason why boutiques don't last. You would think the owner would be more concerned about keeping customers happy, especially since the sandals were not very expensive. They lost a customer over a $16 purchase.
