I am so glad i was referred there. The staff is not only very personable and helpful, but they had a great selection. I was looking for something in particular, that Just Vapor didn't carry. They introduced me to a much better and cheaper vape instead. It's obvious they aren't in it just for the sales, they genuinely care about their customer's needs. I should mention that the store was very clean and organized. They even have a pool table in there, so that's pretty cool. Thank you to whomever referred me here, this is now my new vape shop! (Castleton location) They didn't answer so I assumed they were closed and the guy working called me back and apologized for missing my call and let me know they were open! That is great customer service and I made sure to thank him when I met him in person. To whomever owns this place, you have an EXCELLENT employee working at the castleton location! He was super friendly and cares about the customer. I told him what I was looking for and we picked out a flavor immediately. Signed me up for rewards, and I was on my way. So once again... kudos to the guy working (I forgot to ask for his name but I wanted to make sure he got props!) The place is sleek modern clean and very chill. Definitely my style. They have comfy chairs and games to play and generally a great atmosphere. They have good prices and deals. They are tucked away so it's easy to miss but make sure you check them out! So the biggest issue is that I bought two juices(i salts in blue rasp. Ice & The Finest straw melon sour 50mgs)and put them both into my vape and they both tasted horrible and I knew this place wasn't gonna do a return but at the same time, how are you out here selling expired juice? So one bottle was expired in 01/2020 the other was 05/2021. I called and told him I was coming back and wanted new juice or a refund and he said he would exchange them. I didn't want to buy more juice because I don't trust this place any longer. So my gf and I are in there researching juice and we take awhile sometimes cause we want to make sure we're getting what we like. Second issue, This man is sighing loud REPEATEDLY & acting as if we are a burden when there was 2 other customers who came in & like he had something better to do. I didn't want to buy juice from there. I wanted my money back and was refused even though I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to sell expired juice. So we ask him for 2 that we were gonna get instead and guess what, both expired when we checked. The BANTAM banana muffin didn't even have other ones that weren't expired. The 10 on the shelf were ALL expired so the im having to settle for juices I don't even want. THIS PLACE IS WRONG FOR THIS. This shop has an amazing selection of products & it's unfortunate that we had to deal with this & will never return here again. This man didn't even bother to check his shelves for all the expired juices, he put them back up. IN MY OPINION THE EXPIRED JUICES SHOULD'VE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SHELF AFTER HE WAS AWARE.

I have purchased three different vape devices from this establishment, and two have failed. I…read morebrought back the first device with the receipt and was turned away because the person at the counter said they needed the original box it came in. Luckily, I had kept it. He was surprised when I returned with it and processed an exchange for a higher-priced item. The second device that failed was for cartridges. It failed to keep a charge after only a few weeks of use. I would charge it it would read 100% then minutes later 0%! This time, I returned with the box and receipt in tow, simply seeking a replacement for what was clearly a defective item. This time I was turned away by the young man who said they could not accept returns after 30 days! Given the failure rate of the products and the fact that they do not stand behind the products, I would NOT recommend this shop.

Super cool vintage t-shirts/concert shirts, jeans, shoes, jackets, hats, records, jewelry and Michael Jordan memorabilia. It is incredible!!! Some items are new, but most are truly vintage.
