When we walked in the door, a lady asked if she could help us, and my wife began to describe what she was looking for. The lady interrupted her and told her that if she didn't know things like the dye lot and the gauge of the yarn, she couldn't help her. She was incredibly condescending and rude about it. She even proceeded to tell my wife that she was welcome to "wander aimlessly" around the store.
