Great place to buy a condo !! We've lived here almost 5 years now, and are very happy. We totally "remade" the whole inside of our condo.... lifted flooring, repainted, rebuilt closets and gutted our kitchen and bath. Had no problems doing this with the condo board. We had to keep the noise level between 8:00 and 5:00 in the evening so as not to disturb others living close. This is very understandable. Lots of different ages live here. Buy a condo somewhere else and save yourself the incredible disappointment. First off, the buildings management is constantly overstepping their boundaries. Like seriously, I'm not even allowed to paint my own walls without getting written consent of the building board?? It's MY god damn condo that I spend MY money on, and it has more god damn rules that a nazi concentration camp. Absolutely pathetic. This is just an Nazi retirement building. Extremely rude elderly people at every corner, and the most pretentious and over bearing "board of dipshits".. Like I said, don't waste your time or money. Don't mistake the "condo" word here, it's just a stupidly expensive apartment. I'll be glad to sell mine and buy something that I can actually own and renovate without a bunch of fucktards sticking there nose into my business. read more
