My experience has been an absolute nightmare, marked by incompetence, false promises, and shoddy workmanship. What began as a new inground swimming pool project in the fall of 2023 has devolved into a costly and infuriating ordeal.Work officially started on June 7th, 2024, and it quickly went downhill. The initial major issue was the horrendous wrinkles in the shallow end of the vinyl liner. Despite Ryan's repeated false promises over several months to fix them, he finally drained and reset the liner on October 6th, 2024. I believed the problem was resolved. Ryan had also agreed to handle the first year's pool closing and opening. When he opened the pool on April 18th, 2025, he informed me the liner was floating and unrepairable, promising a new one.On May 27th, 2025, the second liner was installed, and I foolishly thought my pool troubles were finally over. Just three days later, the second liner floated! When I confronted Ryan with pictures, he admitted he needed to install drainage around the pool and asked for patience. My patience, however, had run out. I immediately told him not to return to my property. It is abundantly clear he does not possess the necessary expertise.I sought a quote from another contractor to properly repair my pool and make it usable. When I presented Ryan with the numbers, he only offered to pay half the bill. This is unacceptable given the repeated failures and the sheer incompetence displayed. I am now preparing to file a lawsuit against this company.Beyond the catastrophic liner issues, a host of other problems plagued this project:Pool Heater: It took a staggering six months for him to get the pool heater working correctly.Concrete Work: The concrete saw cuts were not deep enough, forcing me to hire another person to correct them.Winter Cover Holes: The holes drilled for the winter cover were all crooked. They also attempted to drill holes just one inch away from existing saw cuts, chipping a huge chunk of concrete, which they then tried to patch when I was away.Plumbing Leaks: The plumbing between the filter and the pump has been leaking since day one.Cleanup: When he initially left the pool, there was zero cleanup of concrete debris, duct tape, and chalk marks. I had to repeatedly press him to send someone back, and even then, I ended up doing a significant portion of the cleanup myself read more
