They do have cute items, but it is pricey. The young lady working there August 9th was not friendly. While my mother attempted to purchase a ring, I was standing to the side looking at the jewelry. The girl spent her time watching me as though I was stealing. I didn't touch the jewelry. My mother called her out and was able to make her purchase, which she regretted. I get the need to monitor for shoplifting; however, this girl went overboard. I do not recommend this store unless you go in advertising that you are very rich.

About 15 minutes later when I attempted to return the purchase because of the salesperson's behavior, I was told she could ONLY issue in-store credit which would do me no outside of Casper. Tourists beware!!!! Don't buy anything here that you may have reason to return in 1 minute or a day! I would not recommend this business to anyone and strongly discourage you to shop there! I'd had an extremely busy day and was still in harried mode when I got there. As soon as I walked thru the door I felt a sense of sense of calmness. Ten items, once a week. Sounds good. I took my things in and Shannon and Jennifer could not have been nicer! So professional and friendly. And they took every one of the things I brought in! I find out that they had, without my consent, put on their most expensive race tires and gave me a slight discount because they "had no other tires that would fit the bike ". WTF. Overcharging me by double, plus taking two days to change them is just absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practice. It doesnt end there.. As soon as i got home i realized the back tire was already flat. Had to load it up, drive all the way back, and let them know. No apology, just a 20 min wait to fix it again. Im super pissed about how they handled it. A phone call about the upcharge and lack of generic products would have saved me the time.. but instead i pay $95 and make three trips. I will go to Mountain Sports where I've always had great service from now on.

Dr. Jensen gave me the options and advised me on how to decide what best suited me. I appreciated that he didn't just direct me, but rather helped me decide what was best for me. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and Dr. Jensen did the follow up and eventually prescribed glasses. My outcome was as good as it could possibly be. And by the way, I did not use the first surgeon I met, and Dr. Jensen helped me find another. I thought that was outstanding. I think Dr. Jensen and his staff were actually quite happy for me, that I could see so well after years of visual decline. I think Dr. Jensen is skilled and appreciated that he helped me achieve such a great outcome, and I highly recommend him without reservation.
