Alec was apathetic and incompetent toward my need to purchase commercial property. He never initiated contacting me--it was always me contacting him. He didn't have any properties to show me, and the only way he could respond to me when I contacted him was "There's nothing on the market right now." He never thought outside the box to try to come up with any suggestions for assisting me. I dealt with him for 2 months and came to the conclusion that my need for a commercial property was no longer on his radar. Last Sunday, I sent him an email. By Tuesday evening, I did not receive a response from him, so I emailed him again. His response was that he went away for the weekend to visit family and did not bring his phone with him. I told him that I didn't believe him. When I contacted Stephen Mottola about my experience with Alec, Stephen suggested I take my business elsewhere. In doing some online research about Alec, he is very young and has only been a realtor for about a year. That explains his lack of motivation. Shame on Stephen for defending Alec.
