One company come out and saw the sagging ducting under the floor. Read more... Sooner Elite was contacted and texted me back. They were out early the next morning. They looked and said that only one section was sagging as a screw had come loose. They added extra strap hangers as required for support on the rest of the ducting and repaired the sagging duct connection. I took a quick look later and it looks great! I will use them again in the future! Great price, quick response, the job is complete. I recommend them for price, quality work, and being on time. Thanks Guys!

The cabin quality is excellent, clean with great linens, a wonderful kitchen and the Bear in the driveway is the cutest! There is so much to do in the area, hiking on the Lodge trail near the lake and the Friendship Trail near the Heritage Center, fly fishing, going thru the Safari Park, stopping at Girls Gone Wine or eating at the Greatful Head, all of it is relaxing and invigorating at the same time.

The spacious living area and open kitchen made it easy for everyone to visit and prepare food. We felt like we stepped into a rustic magazine photograph. My driveway was just a rutted path thru the hedge that grows wild everywhere & one guy spent the entire time on it. It is pretty flat now & I am able to mow it. He also did things a previous guy said he couldn't or wouldn't do. I have some places around my 1.5 acres to dump what was cut so I didn't need a lot hauled off, just the small stuff from along the driveway. They didn't leave a single branch for me to pick up. I have more work I'd like done so when it is cooler in the Fall I will call him again. I also thought his fee was very reasonable. Outstanding job, highly recommend!
