Having visited this post office to collect the parcel only to find it no longer there I present the man behind the desk with the tracking code the parcel sender gave me. The man behind the desk told me he was not going to use the code and that he wasn't going to do anything more about the issue, passing me off to call up the postal services. Bad customer service and lack of doing his job!
