Prices had not started to go up but the market was beginning to get competitive. My wife contacted him on a Friday and we were looking at three houses on Monday. He showed us the pros and cons of the three houses and one, we fell in love with. From there he took over, advising us on how to proceed. Following his advice, we put in an offer, and it was accepted. Blair suggested a wonderful mortgage lender and stuck with us all the way. He stays in contact with us to this day. Blair Ballin is a man of high integrity, common sense, and just an overall, good man. If I ever decided to sell this house and buy something else, I would definitely call Blair. read more

We had high hopes when we hired Blair Ballin, but unfortunately, our experience left us feeling misled, under-informed, and disappointed, particularly in how little was explained to us throughout the home-selling process. This was our first time selling a home, and what we needed most was someone who would educate us and walk us through the process clearly. Instead, key details, like how commission was structured, were either glossed over or never fully disclosed. We were left to piece things together ourselves, sometimes after it was too late to make informed decisions. At several points, it felt like we were being nudged along a track without being fully told what we were agreeing to or why it mattered. When we later tried to get clarity, it was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. Real estate is stressful enough without having to second-guess whether your agent is being forthright. We expected guidance, transparency, and proactive communication. What we got was vague explanations and a "figure it out later" vibe. If you're a first-time seller or buyer who needs clarity and support from your agent, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before working with Blair. Our experience felt transactional, not professional, and in the end, we paid for it in more ways than one. read more

Does not treat all clients with equality or fairness nor does he listen effectively. Buyers and sellers there are so many quality agents to choose from. He is not one of them. How would you feel if your realtor was under contract for half a year (6 months) and never held one single open house? How would you feel if your realtor mislead you? How would you feel if your realtor did not care about your concerns? How will you feel when you've wasted your time and money for six agonizing months? What if your realtor told you your house needed fancy upgrades and encouraged you to settle for tens and tens of thousands of dollars below market price so he could score a quick and effortless commission? If any of the above would bother you, I do not recommend Blair Ballin. After " working with" Blair for 6 months I feel demoralized, used and completely mislead. Do not trust Blair's claims about his experience - they are often not true. If you question him, he gets overly defensive and extremely rude. I cant express enough satisfaction I had dealing with Blair. Being an out of town investor, Blair took his time, and did not rush me locating a great rental property. When we couldnt find my dream investment the 1st time out. Blair went out, and took a bunch of videos for me to review.
