I'm a bougie woman from Atlanta and honestly had forgotten that Belk department stores are still operating. There is also a Dillard's where I got a cute Kurt Geiger wallet on sale, encountered three sales people in the handbag area and when I was ready to pay they went back and forth on who should ring me up. It was nice to have so much attention. I also found some really cute Chardonnay socks for less than a $2. There's way more independent stores than national brands and I wasn't in the mood to try on clothes so I passed most of those. They have a Claire's but no Victoria Secrets or Macy's. I just have to thank the mall heads that I live in the big city and know how great the mall can really be.

She literally had a what appeared to be a bed pallet, several blankets, bed pillows, food, and entertainment for the child who appeared to be less than 2 years old. And she had a perimeter set up so that folks would not get to close!!!! I was appalled that management (if there is any there), allows this sort of activity, where folks come to shop. I was actually out there for the sole purpose of "mall walking", and the temperature in the mall was hot!!!! With even more vacant stores!!!!! What prominent store/business would want to set up shop in such a declined, run-down place???? It is sad, sad, sad......

They are narrowmind,I never had problem anywhere mall in Dallas,Tampa,Miami.. Washington DC different State .. What I notice I don't see any young people shopping there just elderly only.. So my wife and I was there last Tuesday and we talked about it and she agree with me something wrong with Management team and we notice nothing young people is interesting that Mall probably already know that Mall is Narrow mind.. That why young people probably prefer go somewhere Mall more flexible more open mind to shopping no rules from Management team... We decision not to come that Mall anymore.. Look bad already.. Anyway, I was on my 30-minute trek back home when thoughts triggered me to stop & check the +$60 receipt: My in-store phone scan of the Rocker Switches was $5.10; and the shelf card for the batteries was $3.99. Respectively, the receipt lists $6.64 (x2) and $4.74. This is potentially -$4 for me. The check-out was complete by 10:43:54. (The store seemed clean, and the associates seemed friendly). One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. All of their self-checkouts were already, and disappointingly, disabled for the evening. This might read a bit dramatically for some; but I'm crying on the inside.

Their pickers or their delivery drivers are absolutely useless and do not care enough to actually look at your order. For the 2nd time yesterday, out of 21 items, 11 were missing. Only 1 item was listed as out of stock. Either the picker completely skipped the refrigerated items on the list, or the delivery driver kept the items for herself. Since their delivery driver calls and makes you come out because she is terrified of dogs (I do not own any animals), I would bet she kept the items knowing that Walmart would refund me. There is NO option to make a request for the missing items, only to ask for a refund (which by the way they have up to 10 days to do). The customer care is AI or computer and no help at all. I WANTED MY GROCERIES, not a refund!! No way that 11 items of cheese, yogurt, frozen dinners were not available. Solution: since I could not get the Eufaula, AL Walmart to help me, I changed my store location to Phenix City, AL. ALL of my groceries were delivered quickly and efficiently, exactly as ordered. And with a much friendlier driver. I WILL NEVER order from or walk through the doors of the Eufaula Walmart. And it is a shame, because only 2 weeks previously I spent over $200 with them, and my husband is in there frequently. Never again. Trust me. . .Phenix City Walmart is the one to use.
