Very reasonable all the way around. I can see why she has many trusted clients.

When I raised concerns, Deane showed zero accountability and no real interest in fixing the mess. Instead of professionalism, I got excuses and attitude. For a studio that charges premium prices, the level of skill and customer care was shockingly low. I walked out feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and ripped off. I will not be returning, and based on my experience with Deane, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
