This included misrepresenting the rate at which replacement floor board prices were calculated, and even attempting to charge for screws. As the job progressed, Danny's explanations became unnecessarily longwinded and complicated, especially when explaining job timing and costs. He promised after service care, but after agreeing some minor snagging after final payment, never heard from him or Bartek again. We have a good floor sanding job, but are left with a bad taste from the whole experience.

And the gas company needed a meter reading! I struggled to pry the door open, to no avail. Alexandru arrived, and he assured me that if he couldn't get the door open there will be no charge for his visit. He too struggled with the door until he had to use a rotary saw to get it off its hinges. The door open revealed a knob and lock mechanism that had malfunctioned. He Painstakingly cleaned up, was extremely careful with everything, and could not have been more polite. Any time I have a challenge with my house along these lines, I will call AZ Clean.
