I have been frustrated with my experiences at this medical clinic and pharmacy. One recurring issue has been the way chronic pain patients are treated. In my opinion, there seems to be a high level of skepticism toward patients seeking legitimate pain relief, for inter-actual pain including seniors and others with well documented medical conditions and histories on file.
What has been especially frustrating is the lack of consistency between the clinic and the pharmacy. On multiple occasions, there appeared to be confusion or disagreement about what prescription would be filled and in what quantity. As a patient, it's difficult to understand why a prescription written by a provider is later reduced or changed, leaving you with less medication than expected. So make sure to always ask ahead what they're filling even if you know what they're filling.
The result is that patients can end up receiving a partial or reduced prescription and then have to wait until the next refill period, even when they believed they would be receiving the full amount originally prescribed. This has created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family and others I know who deal with chronic pain issues, including serious conditions and complications from prior surgeries. I understand that medical providers and pharmacies must follow regulations and exercise caution. However, better communication, consistency, and compassion would go a long way toward improving the patient experience. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling that chronic pain patients are not always treated with the understanding and support they deserve for example I have a relative that needs pain pills and pain management 10 times more than I do and I get painkillers and that person doesn't get anything except like a week worth and it's for a car accident. This is mainly Dr. McCullough. personally I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't forget you guys started the painkiller epidemic and then the same company that created the oxycodone created the Suboxone so you got the drug dealer and the narcan in the same drug house. Except it's actually a doctors office. you give out ibuprofen and naproxen to everyone which does nothing and breaks down your gut lining. Thus weakening your immune system it's all by design. Avoid this place at all costs. read more
