Taylor isn't professional, at all. She said she'd call the guys and see if they could come out and check the line and then she'd call me back and let me know. She never called back, but a guy did show up. My husband showed him the problem, and the guy said he'd talk to the office, (which I assume meant Taylor) and see when they could come out and fix our problem. This was on a Thursday. By Tuesday, you got it, no call to set up the appointment, so I called them. Got Morgan, she got the message to them and Taylor called me (miracles do happen) She had no idea about our problem, I explained it all to her and she thought we needed our tank pumped out, so I explained it all again...she said she'd call the guys and see when they could come out and then call me back...yep, you guessed it no call, no appointment, no help. There are two Britain septic services in Jackson and if you choose the wrong one you're going to…read moreregret it because the original will give you a price for example $400 to pump out your septic tank and they will use deceptive tactics to get that price elevated to unsuspecting customers for approximately every 5 gallons of water added to clean the septic tank they will charge an additional $25 now if you put that into perspective a hot water tank is average capacity of 40 gallons a bathtub 60 gallons so if there's a water hose introduced to the septic tank service they're going to charge at least $25 per 5 gallons my experience I had the septic tank completely accessible they had to do no digging they backed right up to it they didn't have to unwrap any of the hoses except for the main one they were in and out and about an hour they complained about how it stunk LOL and they also complained about having to add water to it but what they didn't know is I have a water meter on my water hose which show they used approximately 25 gallons of water to clean the inside out of the tank not only did they have full access to everything without having to dig anything without having to remove any lids they charged me an additional $125 and did not get all of the sludge out of the bottom do not use the original Britain's septic service or you will be paying more than what you're quoted and also they can't handle the smell very well I would hate for one of the guys to fall face first down into the tank because he can't handle the smell of poop
