Blues Wunder is also known by other name, which is Loschwitzer Brücke. Thanks my partner brought me to this place, It was quite a beautiful place. But what get my attention first was the name of the bridge. So why it has such as cool name, I asked my partner, he wasn't sure either. Was it because of the color of the bridge? I found the color kind tended to blue gray, rather than just pure blue. So I actually looked this up online. it got the name it was because in the 19th century, it wasn't so easy to build a bridge of this length with such technology. The bridge doesn't have river piers supporting itself. Of course, the time has change, for us it just seem less special. Beside that it also because of typical phrase in German descript something unpleasant surprise. Now it is more like a symbol of the city. Although it isn't so close to the city center of Dresden, I think it's still cool place to visit.
During our trip, we visited this place at day time and the weather was really great. I really enjoyed the view here, it was really beautiful and peaceful. We went around the bridge, also walked through the bridge. it was really a great time, we both enjoyed it. Personally, I think along the river is the best location to sit down, relax and enjoy the whole thing. There are also quite lot of cafés and restaurants, they are also great options for this. The View on the bridge also nice, just a bit noisy because of the traffic. I'm glad that we could visit this place. I think this place will be even much magical when they turn on the light. I didn't this time, but maybe next time when I'm in town again. read more
