Great concept, love custom ordering & picking and building my own pizza. I requested my pizza well done finish on mat because i love a crisp crust. Unfortunately instead got a burnt under crust and a soggy top barely melted cheese. Although staff was friendly, I tried to remake it and told i had to get back in the long line that was to the door with limited time for lunch, i ate the horrible pizza. Place was busy, dirty and not stocked for 11:45 lunch. No forks, knives napkins etc. drink station a mess. I love blaze but this location doesn't standup to their reputation. read more

Customer service: Both the cashier and servers were so friendly and so willing to guide us through the menu as it was our first time at Blaze. Toppings: I love the unlimited toppings you can get with the build your own pizza selection. The process was quick and our pizza was baked so quickly! Drinks: I was excited about the drink selection as someone had mentioned they had amazing drinks. I tried the blood orange lemonade, lemonade, berry basil and some kind of orange drink. Friday night pizza night! Sometimes we're craving a cheesy, greasy dominos pizza, but tonight we were craving the crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and endless toppings from Blaze. I branched out and got the white sauce this time around and it was good, but not nearly as flavorful and zingy as their classic red sauce. If you get a white pizza, be sure to add some sea salt to amp up the flavor. The service was great tonight and all the staff were generous with their portions. We brought our kids this time and had no problem finding a high chair and a booster seat for them. It's a load back and casual atmosphere, so no need to stress about kids being noisy either. We'll definitely be back again, and this time we will download the Blaze app to earn rewards on those delicious pizzas! read more

I've had better experiences here than other locations. The workers are really friendly and they do a great job making the pizzas! My favorite thing about Blaze is that you can add as many toppings as you want and it doesn't increase the price! The food also comes out really fast. Our favorite date night spot! My BF is a huge lakers fan and Blaze is owned by Lebron. So all you Jazz fans better be careful. (lol) We love getting the make your own option. We typically get thin crust if we plan to split the garlic/pesto knots or the thick trust if we are just getting 'za. For all you keto or GF peeps, they have keto friendly and cauliflower crusts. If you have celiacs, I would maybe avoid bc there can be some cross contamination. I love that you can choose from so many sauces and veggies! We get almost everything veggie-wise and choose 1-2 meats! When it comes to cheese, we do shredded Mozz and ovalini. During Covid, they have been very safe and friendly. Once again let down. Since Covid we have been DoorDashing our orders from Blaze. Trying to stay home. This time really pissed me off. The new way they do their orders is horrible. You no longer get to walk down the line and pick and choose, sometimes you want less then what they put on and sometimes you would like just a bit more of something. Not anymore. I don't really understand the big hype for blaze. Both times I've gone I had to wait forever just to order my pizza. They help you make whatever kind of pizza you want which I really like. Employees were super nice and helpful.. Except for when my pizza was ready. I never heard them call out my name so my pizza was sitting for a while and I only found out it was ready when I went and asked. Just took forever to start eating. Pizza is decent for what you pay but nothing crazy for me. Just a typical pizza that isn't super filling. They offer unlimited toppings which is really great! MOD Pizza also does that. I love this Blaze location. The employees are fast and friendly. The establishment is clean and open. And the pizza is cooked to perfection. Blaze is a customize your own pizza place. You go through a line and let the pizza artist know which sauce, cheese, and toppings you want on your pizza. If you pick a pizza on the menu instead of the build your own, then the pizza artists put a pre-selected set of toppings on. Then you pay for the pizza at the register, they cook it for a few minutes, then you either pick a table and eat, or take the pizza home. All of Blaze crust options are vegan and they even have one gluten free crust. They also have a daiya dairy free cheese available for no extra charge. And in addition to lots of veggies, they also recently added soyrizo plant based crumbles topping (a spicy vegan alternative to sausage). Also Blaze is trying to help the environment by providing sip lids for cups instead of straws and the boxes are made from 100% recycled materials. They are a popular place too so expect a long line if you are visiting on a Friday or Saturday for dinner. But the pizza artists are fast and efficient with their assembly line and you still won't end up waiting long until you get to enjoy your yummy Blaze pizza creation. read more

It caused the line to be longer and the overall quality of my pizza was much worse than normal. I ordered a pizza with onions and no peppers and received a pizza with peppers and no onions. I think it's nice to have one of these reasonably near the house. Of the many cloned "fast pizza" places, I like the idea of Blaze the best. It involved a real pizza oven with a flame. If the kid making the pizza does a good job, it's a pretty good pizza. There's the rub. Anytime you require the staff to have more skills than a trained chimpanzee, there's room for error. I've had over, under, and correctly done pizza's. When done right, it's good. I'm not a big fan of their topping model. Get a standard model, or your stuck just getting one, or two toppings. I want three. Nope. And, unfortunately, here in the "Pretty Great State" of Utah, there no chance any franchise near me is going to have beer and wine. I tried the White Top and added chicken and a pesto drizzle to half, just to try it both ways. Definitely get the arugula on top. It adds a nice crunch and the right bitterness. Service was very friendly, which is saying something when they've been slammed for hours. I also appreciated that they ask, at each step, if it's looking right to you. Then you're able to add some extras of things if you want more. It's also quite impressive that they don't charge you $1 for extra toppings. In fact, they don't charge you anything at all. They actually charge less if you only want one or two toppings. That being said, remember that less is sometimes more and don't overload. This is thin crust. My friend and I wanted to try somewhere different for dinner and we chose this place. It was pretty good. The size of the pizza is a good size if you want your own personalized pizza or if you don't eat a lot and share it. I'm not saying it's huge or anything, but it's a good size. The servers were great. Every time they added an item to my pizza they would ask "does that look good to you?" which I thought was cool. There were just a few times where I asked them to just add just a little more of this or that and they would graciously adhere to my request. Super awesome! I got the White Top - white cream sauce (like an Alfredo sauce), mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano and arugula. I also added just a little bit of ricotta. At the end, before they put my pizza in the oven, the server asked if I wanted sea salt on my pizza. Without even thinking I said yes. If you're looking to add some saltiness to your pizza, perfect, but I wasn't haha I actually did enjoy it but there was one or two pieces of my pizza where it was a tad bit too salty. Even with the sea salt I ate my whole pizza. So good! If you like a thin crust you'll like this pizza place. I gave this place 4 stars because my friend and I had to clean our own table from the last people that sat there. And because it was hard to hear if our orders were ready. I definitely meant to review Blaze months ago when I was visiting family in Provo. I came here with quite a large group but it was luckily not a super busy time. The space was large and clean with plenty of parking. The employees were very friendly and accommodating, even when the teens in my group decided to all give fake names for their orders then forgot which names they used! I love that we were all able to customize our own pizzas and there were to-go boxes available to grab for those of us with smaller appetites. And I love that they had a keto crust option for those with different dietary needs! Lots of tasty drink options as well and unlimited refills. If I lived in this area I know this would be a regular go-to spot for me. read more
