It was two technicians that arrived, they were pleasant but inexperienced and it showed. I figured it was a one person job and didn't expect to pay extra for a helper. So it was 6 man hours to replace a water heater. I mentioned the valve but it was ignore, I will be looking at another company when I need a plumber in the future.
