Great bagels, awesome service. I ordered online while we were passing through the area. Was expecting 15-20 minutes for the order but the pickup time came back as 45 minutes later after I submitted. I called to see about canceling the order, but instead they assured me they'd have it ready quickly. Showed up 10 minutes later and it was done and waiting for me. Despite the long line they managed to squeeze my order in! And by the way the bagels were incredible, we had some of their breakfast sandwiches and everyone loved them and ate every bite. Food still bad here find it weird that only woman work here and they have hidden fees so when bying your food watch your purchase and how the male manager set things in the register when your not looking I caught him adding other fees and asked him and it wasn't showing on the receipt but was showing on the register for the extra fees read more

Came in for a late lunch around 2:30 and no one in line so we were helped promptly and our food came out pretty quickly too. No complaints at all, our order was right and everything tasted great! My sandwich was warm and was loaded with turkey and avocado. My favorite part about this place is that they have a little stamp card for when you purchase a sandwich and make it into a meal with a bag of chips and a drink. Once you order either 10 or 12 times you get a free one! Great place to swing into and also nice for when I worked at the mall because you can call ahead to order and by the time you make your way down there, it's ready for you! I I ordered a Monterey bagel and that comes with bacon sprouts avocado I took one bite opened it up the bacon was undercooked open up the other side of the sandwich and the bacon was under cook as well. I took it into the store and showed it to the young lady and she told me next time order well done. I go to the bagel in the morning before I go to work and I order bacon egg cheese . Both have bacon on them and the one I normally get the bacon as well done so telling me to ask for a bacon well-done next time is not a customer friendly answer I won't be spending my $10 $11 in there anymore and I cannot recommend it make sure you get what you ask for. Even if she would've said ma'am we can we make the sandwich for you or we can give you a percentage off your next order would have been sufficient. Good Customer service isn't around anymore. Love this place. I've been coming here for years. New business name but same friendly staff. Not sure what kind of coffee they have but regular and hazelnut are soo tasty! My go to bagels are either the Kupperman's delight which has swiss cheese, sprouts, tomatoes, avocado and mayo/mustard. My other favorite is sesame bagel with egg, bacon and avo. Both delicious! Went in for the first time today... the food here is wonderful! The bagel is soft and chewy and perfectly baked. I had the New Yorker on the Superseed bagel and my bf got the Hamlet (lol... clever name) on a plain bagel. Both were delicious. The girl who made my bagel hooked it up with the cream cheese! If I could give zero stars I would. I had the absolute worst experience today. I went there in my lunch "limited" lunch break. Ordered, came back, my order was wrong. I called in to see if I could get a refund or exchange since I was not going to eat it, I offered to bring the completely intact bagel. The guy behind the phone hung up on me and ignored all my subsequent calls. Rest assured I will be returning after my shift to speak with a manager and get his name. Bagels taste stale and they always screw up my order. Today I get to unwrap a bagel with half cream cheese wtf? It's really super easy to spread cream cheese people....also half of it was toasted and that half is BURNT. I got the asiago cheese bagel and it actually has no flavor other than burnt bread. My husband said the lady who gave it to him might as well have thrown it at him (she slapped the bag of bagels on the counter in front of him and walked off), he said the past several times he has been there no one smiles and no one is friendly. I went in on the 7th an order dz. Bagels UK believe it us called office dz. Plus my friend and I had a lunch meal as well when I returned home which I live 40 min. This is by far the best bagel joint in Monterey Co. The bagels are always the right combination of soft and crunchy. I host meetings for various medical professionals all around this area, and they always gush about how good they are. The service is great too. I have had the chance to interact with the staff from all of my visits, and the owners are super nice. The only bad thing I have to say is that they shut me out for a while when they did the name change and reno, but when they came back, it was the same delicious product. We've had the pepperoni bagel as well has the double meat turkey special, the Monterey breakfast bagel and the sausage club. Every sandwich feels more like an adventure and less of a Subway lunch. Their condiment spread offers a variety of welcome additions and changes the scenery. Long tables are a nice option for larger groups and the location is quiet compared to the food court.
