I had gotten a not-so-great cut a few weeks ago at another hair cutting chain and really needed it fixed. Michelle listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful with her suggestions. She did a great job! I couldn't be happier with the cut. Added bonus. Hailey takes such good care of me that not only would I follow her to any salon, but I moved away from Boulder City a while ago and I drive all the way from downtown Vegas just to see her. I get so many compliments on my hair, I would trust her with anything...I mean I trusted her to give me bangs and they look amazing so there you have it. Truthfully, I am so glad Hailey moved salons. Blis is like a breath of fresh air! The vibe here is amazing. The other stylists are really fun and engaging, and it is edgy yet sophisticated! It's really close to all the business on the main drag of Boulder City, and right next to the Boulder Dam Hotel. They offer waxing, nail services, lashes and facials too. She nailed the base, the highlights, the haircut, everything!! Plus Evette is so nice and patient. The salon is very cozy and clean. I loved that! But, I'm warning you now. Do not let Kaitlyn anywhere near your hair. They are the most inconsistent people I have ever been to and lack communication. Messaged prior to booking on how to book a session to go full blonde and showed her the desired color. I was told to book it as a full highlight, so I did. I was also told it might take multiple sessions, which is fine, I'm aware of that. However, when I got it done I couldn't even tell how it went before I left because the lady said she can't dry hair right now due to an accident she had which I didn't know until arriving there. So I went home and the color was a BRASSY ORANGE and the my roots were left completely undone. No amount of purple or blue shampoo can fix this. The bleach is also entirely uneven and it literally looks like I've had months of regrowth when I just barely got it done. Mind you I've had my hair bleached professionally in the past and know how well my hair lifts. This was nowhere close. She said she toned it, there is no way she did. The color was nowhere near what I asked for and she tried to do the color of the inspo pic I showed for the haircut without saying anything to me until the end, which btw wasn't even similar to that pic either! I've been to a few salons in my day but this is the WORST. I genuinely could've done the same job at home by myself. Probably even better. It literally looks like a teenager experimenting with bleach for the first time took a go at my hair. This place is cheap for a reason, AVOID!

She is always so flexible and gets you in when you need her. I get to see her tomorrow in fact and can't wait. The salon is always so neat, tidy and relaxing. She cuts a colors my curly hair and it always comes out amazing.
