She claimed many times the attorney never called her & I was with him when he called leaving a message on her voice mail! The other manager at Neenah, WI & Oshkosh, WI locations very suspicious of me as PR, even with court documentation of being PR & WI ID. No one seemed to be aware of how a probate works. I've read they have decent checking & savings rates; but probably would never bank there due to all that. Rude & unknowledeable about banking procedure after a family member passes.

They were cavalier about it without concern about the customer and offered no work arounds. It boils down that they don't like to work with people that don't make a lot of money. It seems to be an image thing. And God forbid they work with a disabled veteran.

The teller said she would have to talk to the manager. My fiancé watched through the glass as the two discussed this incredibly outrageous (apparently) request. They both shook their heads no to each other and after the teller came out, she said she could not help with this (weighty) request. However, if we were to open an account there they would give us the coveted change for a twenty. My fiancé replied, "Well, I'm sure not going to open an account here am I!?" So, no. We will not open an account at this bank and will make sure anyone we know goes to a different bank in town unless they are A-listers..... PS. If anyone representing this low star ranked bank has a response, may I remind you. First impressions remain so. Don't bother trying to save face.
