He was so kind and friendly! This was literally my best customer service experience ever. I probably spent like 30 minutes trying to decide which scents I liked best out of five choices. He never rushed me or seemed tired despite my inability to make a timely decision. He is very knowledgeable about all things fragrance. As someone who used to work in this niche occupation, this is something I take seriously. He knows his stock well and all you have to do is describe scents that you enjoy and/or dislike and he will easily find the one for you. Even when others came in the shop he never ignored me. Living in a city where locals tend to write me off as just another American, Giovanni and his shop were a nice reprieve. He speaks some English as well which I was super thankful for, but if you need it google translate is always an option. For any collectors, this is definitely the place for you. For anyone looking for a unique scent, this is the place for you. For anyone looking for big well-known name brands, look elsewhere.

The gentleman helping us out has great taste (super Euro) and picked out some great items, like the $1000E leather jacket despite it being 85F outside. Not only did he throw the leather jacket on me, he added the required scarf to make me look like Snoopy flying in a biplane... In the end, I picked up a stylish linen shirt. A bit pricey ($200 US) but the styling was unlike anything I've seen in the States and as a result, I decided it was worth the mini-splurge :)
