April 4th we experienced a hail storm. A couple of days later I noticed water running out from under our siding and it had not rained for more than 24 hours. We phoned Dave and he was unable to get to our office until after we closed. Due to the storm in the area he checked the roof and was at the office the next morning to tell us what he had found. We reported to our insurance company, he met the insurance adjuster, he scheduled for everything to be done and he worked around the criteria we needed worked around at our office and we not have a beautiful new roof. Then one of their contractors told us the roof wasn't in need of a whole repair, just a small amount. When we tried to see about getting money back they kept the deposit (over 7K) and said we signed a contract. Would definitely not recommend.
