Went for a gel pedicure to soften my feet. When asked which oedicure service I'd like I told her I'd like my heels to be softer and that was my main focus. She ended up choosing the most expensive of course $75 which came with an hour long service. And then end up coming out to a little over $80 because I had my gel polish taken off and gel polish put on. The service included wax, scrub and hot towels, but my heels were still dry because she barely scrubbed them with the block, which was the reason I was getting a pedicure. Also, it was very hot in there and I'm pretty sure that AC was not running or working properly. She had a personal fan on herself and was wiping her sweat. The technician was polite and professional. She did offer me water and help me turn on the chair massager. But I wish that I could've gotten what I came in for. read more

I absolutly hate that I'm leaving a bad review, but I went this past Sunday to get a full detox pedicure, after tip it was 100$, which I would have not complained over if the service was good. My appointment was at 3, and at 3:20 they brought me to the pedicure chair, where I sat for an additional 40 minutes with no water to soak my feet at all. Once my nail tech came over he did immediately get me a drink which was nice, but the pedicure which online stated would be 85 minutes, lasted about 40 tops. The nails looked great leaving, but now today every one of my toenails is chipped. I wear sandals and don't do crazy workouts, so it is unacceptable to be in the state they are in. Sorry but for $100 they should last at least 2 weeks. read more

I adore this place's service! They listen to your preferences and take the time to ensure that you are satisfied with your nails. I came in for a color change since I was dissatisfied with the way my nails looked after visiting another salon, but I ended up getting them fully redone so I could have the nails I had originally desired. Ethan was fantastic! My nails turned out much better than I had imagined once he completed them. He made sure I was satisfied at every stage and gave me excellent color suggestions so I could obtain the greatest results. They have definitely gained a new, loyal client as of today. read more

My gel-x nails are terrible. They look extremely fake. They are super bulky, too much layers of nail polish used. The lines are crooked. And the nails don't even go to my cuticle, they look grown out. This is a terrible job. I will not be coming back. read more

I've been to the salon twice and loved my services every time. My nail tech is super amazing and gives a great service. My last visit I got dip on my natural nail. A week later one nail popped off and noticed a green tent. I did not think much of it but when I decided to take off the rest of my nails a few days later, 6 of my nails of unfortunately now have fungus. Never have I ever dealt with this and I'm pretty upset being that I loved the nail salon so much! I'm sure nothing about this will be done on their end, but I just wanted to aware anyone going there to please be careful! It seems they might not be as sanitized as they should. read more

Update to my prior review over 4 years ago . Tiffany (Tee) was such a great professional having her do my mani and pedi . I wasn't sure whether I wanted to do gel on my natural nails since afraid of damage since my nails naturally long . I walked right in about noon no appointment, she gave me several Options of color to choose from and got started . Also considering time I was afraid it would take too long but I did both mani and pedi in just 1 hour. The ambiance is so relaxing and upscale def go on a weekday . I went last friday to get my nails done and I am so disappointed. Hana shes was very sweet but can see her lack of experience from the beginning. Thats the problem I've encountered with some nails salon they have all these people that don't have much experience and they still charge you full price for a mediocre job. The nails filing was terrible kind of crooked. By Sunday one of the nails corners was chipped, and a week after I had another broken nail. Also the hair is getting stucked in my nails and i can believe thats happening after a week. $50+ service and it was garbage. They sent me a link after the service to leave a review and I immediately expressed my disappointment. Be aware and make sure you get an experienced nail tech. Update: i called the salon and i explained the situation today is 2 weeks and 2 nails were lifting already the problem started the following day and i expressed that on the survey they sent. Since its been 2 weeks they said i had to pay for new nails, he said dip powder last 2 weeks which anyone that have dip knows thats completely false. Regular acrylic is 2 weeks, gel is about 3 weeks and dip powder is up to 4 or 5 weeks. The thing that bothers me is that they make you feel you are taking advantage and you want a free service, he told me to go but after that bad attitude I dont need the aggravation, i gave them a 2nd chance and this salon is just a hit or miss in fact more a miss than a hit. This is why the salon was pretty empty the last Friday I went. They keep bringing new nail techs but they lack experience. read more

After the nail tech I was going to for 10 years moved away I ended up cutting my very long natural nails and took a break from getting my monthly manicure and pedicures. It was sad because it's the one thing I really do for myself to relax and I didn't realize how hard it would be to find a new person that understands exactly what I like. I went to this place today and cannot express how happy I am after leaving this place. Not only did they do my nails done exactly how I like them but my feet which were in pain and swollen feel brand new after their massage. I'm so impressed! With that said, I am gate keeping the name of my new nail tech... If you are wondering if you should try Bleu Nail Spa a try, just go! Went with another person to get pedicures. The service was nice and thorough, and well worth the price. The only issue was the timing. We had made reservations because we had other things to do afterwards, but we still had to wait 15 minutes when we arrived. And when we did get seated I had to wait another 10 minutes for my person to get freed up while my friend got hers started. So all in all it ended up being much longer than the 30 minutes we had anticipated. I would still come back, but not when I have other time-sensitive plans. read more

Covid related: Wear your mask. They check temperatures at the door. You also have to fill out a declaration form about your Covid exposure. Nail salon related: The place is clean and spacious. I made an appointment so not much waiting. There were plenty color options. I was pleased overall with my end color result. The nail tech did work pretty fast and slightly too rough for me. I had to tell her on several occasions that the machine used to remove my old gel color was too hot. Pricing was fair. The do break up the pedicures. You know how usually the regular pedis include a little leg rub and hot towel?! Not here. It's a little extra for that‍ Overall, better experience for me at this salon. Day 1 update: one nail has already cracked. These gels are getting cheaper by the minute 6 days out: big toes chipped; two fingernails already broke. Not impressed. Time to find another. read more

She's friendly, welcoming and really goes the extra mile to make sure all of her guests get the best service and experience. Pending on my schedule, I go between seeing Suzanna and Heidi - they're both amazing. The only downside to this location is the parking which I know the studio has minimal to no control over. The Coconut Creek Promenade is sparse when it comes to street parking and with new restaurants opening and a busy Starbucks just a few doors down, it can be hard to find a spot in a pinch. For that reason, I always get there 10 minutes early because I never know if I'll get lucky and find a spot immediately or have to drive around a few times before I can snag one.

It was getting annoying and I just felt the end was inevitable. You're a business owner how could you be struggling to the point where you had to beg for money? Not a word not a single message. Lesson learned I will not be paying for services up front again. If you're looking for another Esthetician check out Irina in the same location 3-4 down from Sabine's ole space. She's better and her prices are half of what Sabine was charging.

Unfortunately, my lashes did not come out how they are supposed to. If you have never done a lash lift before, your lashes are supposed to have a natural upward curve to them. Mine were straight up (no natural curve and touching my eyelid) and look a little frizzy. I look like my lashes were blown up in the wind and are frozen in place. I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! There are so many businesses doing this procedure that the outcome of lashes is unacceptable.

I was able to get in the same day, and even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, I was seen right away after filling out the forms. I was initially impressed with the location. It was clean, well-lit, and the staff was very friendly. I was taken back to one of the rooms, and my esthetician let me know the process. I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark. After leaving, I noticed that the front desk lady did not give me the 50% discount. I called the location, and the manager was able to refund me my money over the phone. Overall, wasn't too impressed with this place, and won't be back to pay full price.
