Called about having a pleated blind repaired. After initial call I waited a few days while he investigated repair or replacement. No return call informing me of outcome. I called again and was told repair was possible and he would be by to pick up blind for shipping and that he would call to get address. That was over one week ago and still no call. I removed blind and secured it waiting for call which never came. I would not recommend these folks as they seem unconcerned and very aloof. We have a new blind company coming to West Richland so I will try them. read more
