They scratched my car's glasses and plastics their manager deny it…read more A month ago, I had films applied to the two side windows of my almost brand new car, which was not even 10 thousand kilometers, and the result was bad. A month later, I left my car there for 4 hours to be filmed again. As they said that day, the result was much worse at the end of 4 hours. And they said they dismantled and tried 3 times. They said that if I left the car with them for another full day, they could take it again, but they could not guarantee a good result. When I asked why, they said contaminations. When I went home and examined my car, I noticed that there were scratches on the film. I also noticed that some plastic parts had been removed and caused a small gap, and on the inside of the same door, there was a gap in the plastic of the speaker and a crush in the plastic. I also saw scratches on the speaker. When I came home and inspected my car I noticed that there were scratches on the film, I also noticed that some plastic pieces had been removed and caused a small gap and the speaker on the inside of the same door also had a gap, I also saw scratches on the speaker. I emailed them and told them that I no longer cared about the window film and that my only hope at that moment was that there would be no rattling from these plastic pieces and no scratches on glasses. Today, at my request, they removed the films and refunded my money. When I got in my car I saw a lot of scratches on the glasses, some of them really deep and easily noticeable. When the managers arrived, they said that of course the scratches were not their fault, that they didn't use a razor blade, that maybe the dust accumulated on the frame when opening and closing the windows had scratched them. If the scratches were not caused by you and were there before the film, why didn't you tell me about the scratches and you tried to apply the film 3-4 times. And you requested to work on two small windows full one day? When I asked why they got bad results, no one told me anything about scratches and they said it was because of contaminations.
