He luckily had availability to fix my leak issue and detect its origin on New Years Eve. He even charged me a very fair price (one of the lowest I've seen in Cincinnati) despite it being a holiday. Unlike many other companies in Cincinnati, he did not charge me before diagnosing the problem. Many companies in the area will charge a flat fee before doing any work and I really appreciate that this company does not do that. Ben quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. His work was thorough and I appreciated his honesty. I definitely recommend this company and Ben for any of your plumbing needs. His company also does electrical work and home automation.
