I had not heard anything for numerous weeks, so I emailed the salesperson in late February 2025 and continued to email her on multiple occasions. I never received a response. I subsequently called the office and left a message. I received a message the next day because they wanted more specifics. I called him back three times and left a message with someone at the office. I also sent another picture. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Budget Blinds, especially since there are so many other options where one can buy blinds.
