Called with my problem on Monday and they were here Tuesday, fixed in 90 minutes and extremely reasonable cost. I want you to know, customer service and kindness still exists on the Panhandle. Any future needs that may have - I go to them.

As most of you know, half the battle is getting a contractor to show up. When we placed our order, Kevin was great at looking for ways to save us money. We were able to get our order in and combined with others so it saved on shipping. Yay! Kevin was a great communicator! And when the shutters came in he came out and did the install. The first issues at hand was a halway three-way switch that would only work if the other switch was in the on position. The service tech spent about 30-45 correcting the wiring so that the both light switches work as advertised. The second was correcting the wiring in my garage which at first seemed like a daunting task due to the accessibility/small crawl space to get where the electrical work was required. But yet again, the service tech knock this project out seamlessly and better than than initially thought. The total cost for these repairs was approximately $400 for a couple hours of work. As a homeowner, that cost seemed reasonable enough for that peace of mind that an electrical issue was corrected to code. And with that, I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a straight forward, reasonable, professional electrician.

The entire process, from initial contact to the final installation, was smooth and enjoyable. The solar shades themselves are well-made and durable, and they do a great job of blocking sunlight and reducing heat. The installation team was professional, personable, and efficient. They were also very clean and respectful of my home. The customer service team, particularly Meagan, was extremely responsive and helpful. She was always quick to respond to my inquiries and was able to address any concerns I had. Do not use this company. I called them out to replace a window on my second floor. They did not…read moreproperly caulk the windows after installation. The wall filled up with water for about 8 months when I noticed the wood floor was wet. When I called the restoration company they quickly determines the window was filled with water. I called them back out to seal the window and the water issue subsided. When I called them back to take responsibility for the faulty installation, they denied responsibility. I have since tried to make a claim against their liability insurance to no avail. No one even came by to inspect the damage and they denied it. Don't get caught with $1000s in damages from a company that doesn't know how to install windows properly the first time. I tried to resolve the issue with the company before posting this review, but they are reckless and negligent and in denial.
