I have struggled with extreme PMS and irritability for more than a year now. It seemed more aggressive than normal in that it was affecting my mood even outside of usual times in my cycle. I consulted my Dr. who recommended a hormone therapy birth control which I wasn't interested in at all. I looked for an alternative, and acupuncture was something I stumbled upon as something that can be beneficial. Nearly 3 months in and I am astounded at the results. My treatments, along with herbal supplements, have worked wonders. I physically feel better, sleep better and can control my emotions so much better.
